The legendary recording that has been passed down about his return to Japan in 1972 has been brushed up. The highest peak updated sound 2CD will be released. This work is engraved with "March 8, 1972: Osaka Festival Hall". This is the best audience recording. FLOYD's two visits to Japan in the 70s are all legendary. Our shop has archived many masterpieces. First of all, let's look back on the legendary visit to Japan, while also organizing the collection. March 6: Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium March 7 "DEFINITIVE TOKYO 1972 2ND NIGHT" March 8: Osaka Festival Hall ←★This work★ March 9: Osaka Festival Hall March 10 "KYOTO 1972" March 13 "SAPPORO 1972" Six performances above. Osaka Festival Hall was also the only venue where live performances were realized in both 1971 and 1972. Many kinds of recordings have been discovered at such sites, but the best sound among them is commonly known as "Recorder 3". It is a famous recording that has been loved since the label era, and the previous edition "DEFINITIVE OSAKA 1972 1ST NIGHT" was realized by raising the original master. The sound that revived the atmosphere of the first day of Osaka with the ultimate gene drew great acclaim. This work is a new masterpiece that further updates the highest peak of such legendary recording. The foundation of such a work is the same original master as "DEFINITIVE OSAKA 1972 1ST NIGHT (hereinafter, the previous work)" (by the way, there is a sound source that claims to be master direct on the Internet, but it is different from this work. The quality is also different). It was polished by meticulous mastering of "GRAF ZEPPELIN". The longest board ever supplemented with another recording close to the main sound source The biggest point is "unity". No matter how legendary the recording may be, it is still a cassette recording, so missing tape changes is inevitable. In the previous work, it was supplemented with a separate recording ("Recorder 1", famous for LP bootlegs), but this work uses "Recorder 2", which is more compatible with the main sound source (Recorder 3). We also put a lot of effort into adjusting the feel to be closer to the main sound source, and achieved a natural complementation that makes it difficult to tell the switching point even if you listen carefully. Furthermore, by using "Recorder 2", the longest time has been updated. The tuning scene before "Echoes", which had not been fully complemented until now, has also been completely reproduced. Although it is only about 12 seconds, not a performance part, the scene is a legend in the history of Japanese Western music. A seamless and complete experience is extremely important. Commitment to "on-site sound" that created a sense of unity And "Echoes" is another major point of "unity". For some unknown reason, the sound balance of "Echoes" was different in this recording, and only the mid-range was strangely prominent. In the previous work, the balance was not adjusted because it was the truth of the original master, but this time, the priority was on the completeness as a music album. We eliminated the discomfort with other parts as much as possible and faithfully reproduced the experience of the site. Although it was a partial story because of the talk of "unity", of course this work is the highest peak in total sound. Phase shift and pitch correction are stricter than the previous work, and balance adjustment is also implemented by band analysis. The low range that was originally too strong and was buibuibui has also been adjusted. Various noises have also been treated, and the noise like the motor sound before "Careful With That Axe, Eugene" has been mitigated. And the point is that each of these tasks aims to be "on-site sound". Whether it is the entire recording, "Echoes" where the feel and balance were out of whack, or even a separate recording for compensation, the "on-site sound" is common. It is not just vaguely arranged, but it is because it is approached to the "legendary on-site sound" that actually existed that the sense of unity is realized. The most important thing about the previous work "DEFINITIVE OSAKA 1972 1ST NIGHT" was "the truth of the original master". In that sense, it is a definitive board that still shines. In contrast, the most important thing about this work is "the truth of the on-site sound". It approached "the sound that was sounding on the other side" rather than the sound recorded on the tape. A new masterpiece that has been thoroughly polished by replacing the supplementary source with further detailed sound source research. Legendary audience recording of "March 8, 1972: Osaka Festival Hall". An upgraded board that "GRAF ZEPPELIN" polished up based on the original master of "Recorder 3", which is the best existing one. The chipped tape change was also made using "Recorder 2", which is more compatible than before, and "Echoes", which had a bad sound balance, was carefully adjusted. Not only is the sound quality good, but the natural unity has also improved dramatically, making it the longest and highest peak update board ever. Remastering of the main Rec3 (this master is the best of all the sound sources in terms of sound freshness). Pitch correction, especially the 20-30% semitone fluctuation around 21-23 minutes at the end of Echoes. Phase correction (mainly correcting the left-leaning voice that was noticeable in Echoes and AHM). Bandwidth adjustment. Some of the low frequencies that were bubbling were cut, and the motor-like high-pitched noise on the left channel of the tuning track on Disc 2, track 3, was removed. The number of compensation points has increased by one to three. The supplementary sound source was made by converting Rec2 to mono and taking a longer gap to fill in as naturally as possible. By adding one more supplementary section, this is the longest version of the master transcription base for Rec3 to date.
