The legendary recording "YEESHKUL!" from 1973, which became the origin of a certain famous site. The best master that was newly discovered was finished by "GRAF ZEPPELIN" to create the highest peak update board. "Yeeshkul" is familiar to FLOYD's sound source enthusiasts, but the origin was originally the words of the recorder left in a certain famous recording. The voice "Yeeshkul" was recorded, which was either moved by the "Madness" show (or was it blown away), and it became a legend. And such a legendary audience recording was born at the "March 11, 1973 Toronto performance", and this work is the highest peak board. Before the quality of the worrisome, first of all, the position of the show. Let's take a bird's-eye view from the activity overview at the time when the great masterpiece "Madness" of the century was sweeping the world.・January 13th-February 4th: Paris (4 performances) {"Madness" released on March 1st}・March 4th-24th: North America #1 (16 performances) ←★Here★・May 18th + 19th: London #1 (2 performances) ←※EARLS COURT 1973 etc.・June 16th-29th: North America #2 (12 performances) ←※TAMPA 1973 etc.・October 12th + 13th: Europe (2 performances) ←※VIENNA 1973・November 4th: London #2 (2 performances a day) ←※AT THE RAINBOW 1973 etc. This is PINK FLOYD in 1973. The Toronto performance of this work was a part of "North America #1" which was just after the release of "Madness". This "North America #1" is also known as a prolific period of famous recordings, and we have archived as many masterpieces as possible at our shop. It's a good opportunity, so let's focus on the schedule here. Details of "North America # 1" ・ March 4 + 5 (2 performances) * March 6 "ST. LOUIS 1973: 1ST GEN SCOTCH REEL" ・ March 7: Chicago * March 8 "CINCINNATI 1973 1ST GEN" ・ March 10: Kent performance * March 11: Toronto performance ← ★ This work ★ ・ March 12: Quebec performance * March 14 "DEFINITIVE BOSTON 1973" ・ March 15: Philadelphia performance * March 17 "RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL 1973" * March 18 "WATERBURY 1973: 3 SOURCE MATRIX" ・ March 19-24 (4 performances) The legendary recording of the unknown highest peak master "North America # 1" is just after the album release, so the performance is fresh and the heat is wonderful, and the first half of the set is replaced. You can enjoy the rare songs "Shadow of the Clouds" and "En You're In" that are only available at this time of year, and the fact that "Echoes" is the opening song for the Toronto performance is also a point. This big song only opens three times, on March 8th, 10th, and 11th, and this work is also proof of its precious sound. Such a show is famous above all for the legendary recordings that were left behind, and this work is a new masterpiece that updates the highest peak. The points extend to both the master and the finish. First of all, the master, the source of this work is the 2nd generation master excavated from the collection of a person named "Steven Carr". If you are an enthusiastic collector here, you may think, "What? Wasn't the best the 1st generation DAT?" In fact, the already issued one in our shop was the 1st generation DAT, but subsequent verification by sound source enthusiasts revealed that the 2nd generation, which is a different branch, has higher sound quality. In fact, the sound is the best ever. The hiss noise is the same as the conventional "1st generation DAT", but the essential performance sound has been detailed up. It is well-balanced and brightly drawn to the finest details. Although the numbers "1st generation" and "2nd generation" are useful as a reference, I feel that they are not absolute indicators (and, confusingly, there are different types of 2nd generation. The famous 2nd generation of the Neonknight collection has a poor sound, and this work is a different Steven Carr collection). Even "Yeeshkul" and burp, which are already legends in the collector world, are depicted with unprecedented vivid sound. Meticulous mastering that brings out the potential of the best masters Although it is such a top-of-the-line master, it is not just the number of generations that has been misunderstood. In fact, this "Steven Carr's 2nd generation" has some sound distortion in places. Even if the sound itself is good, there were aspects that were thought to be downgraded due to the distortion. That's where "GRAF ZEPPELIN" mastering comes in. The distortion of the 2nd generation is a type that can be digitally restored, and in this work, it is corrected with the obsessive precision of "GRAF ZEPPELIN". The opening "Echoes", "Sun Hymn", "Scat in the Void", and other parts where the original sound was distorted are neatly arranged. "Steven Carr's 2nd Generation" has been overlooked due to the number of generations and slight distortion. This is the highest peak update board that sees through its true value and maximizes its potential. The legendary audience recording of the legendary masterpiece "March 11, 1973 Toronto Performance" allows you to experience the full show that was burning with motivation just after the release of "Madness". This is the highest peak update board that GRAF ZEPPELIN has finished "Steven Carr's 2nd Generation Master", which has higher sound quality than the 1st generation DAT that was previously said to be the best. The sound with more detail than before is vivid, has a good sound, and is bright and vivid down to the details. The parts that were distorted in the original sound are a new masterpiece that has been corrected by GRAF ZEPPELIN's meticulous mastering. Remastering memo: The previous version was a 1st Gen master, but this version is a remaster of the current best master, which is the 2nd Gen, which is a different version of the same sound source. Compared to the previous version, there is no sense of gene drop, but rather the freshness and graininess of the sound are excellent, there is no sense of forced EQ processing, and the tone feels brighter. The amount of hiss is the same as the previous 1st Gen, or in some cases it has a fine texture, and this version feels better on the ears. In addition, for the 1st Gen, the ones currently circulating among traders have been edited to remove burps between songs (they were included in the previous version using the 1st Gen), but in this 2nd Gen, the burps are recorded as they are, and the length is definitely the longest ever! The sound distortion that was scattered here and there has been completely corrected. In the previous version, there was a tape pitch down around 0:45 of Great Gig and a low pitch at the beginning of ECHOES, but this version has no problems at all. You can enjoy a performance that is free of discomfort from start to finish, with no sound distortion.
