The sound source recorded from the Pepperland performance on October 16th from the second North American tour in 1970 is now available as a complete recording from the master of the genuine 1st Gen open reel tape that was suddenly released on the internet. This is a standard sound source that is familiar to Floyd fans, where there are incidents where the power goes out many times during the performance of "Astronomy Domine" and "A Saucerful Of Secrets" due to a lack of power supply at the venue, but this title is It has a longer recording time than the previously released version "PEPPERLAND 1970", and what is surprising is that the second half of "The Embryo", which was thought to be missing due to a tape change, is now completely uncut and appears for the first time. “Atom Heart Mother” also features Roger’s song introduction MC for the first time. This sound source was recorded using a SONY TC-126 cassette tape recorder and a one-point stereo microphone. He immediately dubbed from tape to reel-to-reel tape (he apparently reused the master cassette several times at the time). Therefore, the original master does not exist, and the 1st Gen source that has been made into a CD this time can be said to be the definitive and best master.
