Paul's memorable first visit to Japan in 1990 was a total of six performances at the Tokyo Dome. The fourth performance was on March 9th, when the concert was broadcast live via satellite at various locations nationwide, known as the "closed circuit." This was recorded in master quality and professional shot footage. This was done as part of a fan service to apologize for the two previous cancellations of Wings' Japan performances. As with the previous releases, this was the first visit to Japan after Wings was arrested at Narita Airport in 1980 and all performances were canceled, so the media coverage was exceptional, and this Japan tour was filled with the feelings of many Beatles fans, so this is a must-see video for anyone who has a special attachment to this first visit to Japan.
