This title is a compilation of Paul's live performances, which were held as a promotion for his new album. Prior to this work, the "iHEART MUSIC FESTIVAL" in Las Vegas and the TV appearance "JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE" in the United States were already released by the same label, but Paul has been actively performing one-off live shows in the United States and the United Kingdom since then. All of the live shows recorded on this work were held in October 2013, and it is amazing that he has performed so many live shows in just one month. It shows how much effort he is putting into this new album. This is a special title just before his visit to Japan, with plenty of them recorded on two DVDs. In October 2013, Paul gave concerts on the following programs. October 7th JIMMY FALLON TV SHOW October 9th SCHOOL OF THE ARTS October 10th TIMES SQUARE October 15th LIVING ROOM TOUR October 16th MAIDEA VALE STUDIOS 'LAUREN LAVERNE LIVE' October 16th MAIDEA VALE STUDIOS 'BBC IN CONCERT' October 18th COVENT GARDEN October 19th GRAHAM NORTON SHOW October 7th The Jimmy Fallon Show is an American talk show, and Paul performed three songs during the show. He also appears in comedy shows and shows his talent in addition to performing. What is also surprising is that after the recording of the show was over, he performed seven other songs in front of the show audience as an after-show. In addition to the new songs, what is interesting is that he performed "Koi wo Dakishimetaiyo" in a band arrangement. Up until now, the band has been performed acoustically on stages such as 1993 and 2002, but when you listen to it with this band arrangement, it makes you wonder if the 1965 UK tour, the only time The Beatles performed live, was also performed in this way. The live performance at the Art School on October 9th was a live performance in front of high school students at an art school. It was a one-hour live performance that was like a condensed version of the usual stage, starting with "Eight Days A Week" and ending with "Hey Jude". It was a rare stage where the band performed while answering questions from students in the middle of the performance. The professional shot footage included in this work is a rare footage that is not available anywhere. It is also noteworthy that they performed "Jet" for the first time in a long time. On October 10th, Times Square was a surprise gig held in the middle of New York, with the streets closed off. Although only four songs were performed, it was a rare take in which the new song "Queenie Eye" was performed live for the first time. The venue was filled with many people on the day, and it was clear that they were enjoying this free concert very much. The October 15th Living Room Tour is not a live concert, but a talk video on the Internet. In a high-rise hotel room in London, the interviewer and Paul talk about the new album. Of note is the scene where Paul plays two songs from the new album, "Alligator" and "On My Way To Work", with just a guitar beside him. These two songs have never been played at any of the promotional concerts, and this is the only live performance other than the studio take, making this a valuable take. October 16th was a very fulfilling day. Paul appeared on two BBC programs in the morning and afternoon. He performed live on each. First, the morning program was hosted by Lauren Laverne, and Paul performed a live show starting with "Coming Up". He played a total of eight songs, with a question corner in the middle. And "Queenie Eye", which premiered in Times Square mentioned above, was also performed live for the second time here. In the afternoon, he appeared on a radio show called "PAUL McCARTNEY IN CONCERT". Here, it was almost a normal half show. It was a pure concert lasting about an hour. What was unusual was "My Valentine", which he hadn't performed in a long time, and "Today's Vow". On October 18th, he performed a surprise gig on a temporary street stage in Covent Garden, London, just like he did in New York and Los Angeles. It was a free live performance of four new songs, taking over the streets of London. Perhaps for some recording, only "New" was played twice, at the beginning and end. In the United States, they often make temporary stages on the streets like this and hold free live performances as surprises, but this is probably the first time in London. And finally, on October 19th, he appeared on the Graham Norton Show. It was basically a talk show, but Paul was on the show from start to finish and performed his new song "New". In fact, three songs were played, but only one was broadcast. Thus, Paul's passion for his new album is so great that he has never performed such an energetic promotional live show before. Even if he did not perform live, he appeared almost every day somewhere, such as appearing only for interviews and signing at HMV in London, and he made a lot of news. He is also scheduled to appear on TV and radio in the future. These will be compiled and released in Vol.2. This 2DVD covers many one-off stages that were held to promote Paul's latest live show and new album "NEW"! DVD DISC ONE JIMMY FALLON TV SHOW October 7, 2013 BROADCAST 01. Opening 02.
