The traditional recordings from the Randy Rhoads era have been upgraded. The release of this shocking live album, which has instantly become a leading contender for the best masterpiece, has been decided! This work is permanently preserved as "May 2, 1981 New York City (evening performance)". It is a superb audience recording recorded at the famous venue "Palladium". Many people may be thinking, "Huh? I've seen this title before." In fact, "Randy's Palladium" is a treasure trove of famous recordings and we have introduced many of them. There are complicated circumstances such as upgrades, different recordings, and completely different performances, so let's first sort out that. May 2nd (evening performance) A: COMPLETE PALLADIUM (Disc 1) A: PALLADIUM 1981 1ST SHOW DEFINITIVE MASTER ←★This work★ B: PALLADIUM 1981 1ST SHOW May 2nd (evening performance) C: COMPLETE PALLADIUM (Disc 2) C: PALLADIUM 1981 2ND SHOW Super upgrade master that exceeds expectations Two performances per day. "A, B, C" each mean a different recording (not a different generation). Both performances have been known for their famous recordings for a long time, and some of you may remember the masterpiece "COMPLETE PALLADIUM". Only the "C recording" is known from the evening performance (2nd show), and the younger upgrade master of the generation is permanently preserved as the masterpiece "PALLADIUM 1981 2ND SHOW". On the other hand, there are two types of recordings for the evening performance (1st show). In addition to the familiar "A recording" from "COMPLETE PALLADIUM", there is the "B recording" that was excavated in recent years. The masterpiece "PALLADIUM 1981 1ST SHOW" was a "B recording" that was excavated in recent years, while this work is an upgrade master of the traditional "A recording". And the upgrade is shocking. Although the specific information of the gene is not known, the sound can only be thought of as the original or 1st gene. The clarity and range have been strangely improved, the sound particles are sharp to the end, and even the fine tone of the guitar and the reverberation of the cymbals are super realistic. If you check the cheers, you can see that it is an "A recording", but the listening response is what is called "almost something else", and it even falls into the illusion of being a broadcast sound source. It is clearly updating the highest peak of "A recording", but in fact it is not that far away. It is overwhelmingly more beautiful and clear than the "Recording B" which was a bit of a pushover, and even surpasses the "Recording C" in terms of sound spread and clarity. However, since "Recording C" is a different performance, it cannot be simply determined as being superior or inferior, so it feels like "the official 1st show (this work) and the 2nd show with a sense of on-site feeling" (like the first of the technique / the second of the power). Randy's best (maybe) great performance in his life Such a shocking upgrade sound depicts a great performance that is the pinnacle of the Randy era! It is seriously in top form. Before talking about its awesomeness, let's start with the position of the show. There were many small member changes during the Randy era, so let's reconfirm the rough positioning here. 1980: B Daisley, L Carslake, L Bridgewater, September 3rd - November 8th: UK (37 performances) ← *TRIBUTE 1981: R Sarzo, T Aldridge, L Bridgewater, April 22nd - September 13th: North America #1 (93 performances + UK 1) ← ★ Here ★ November 1st - December 2nd: Europe (11 performances) R Sarzo, T Aldridge, D Airey, December 30th + 31st: North America #2a (2 performances) 1982, January 1st - March 18th: North America #2b (45 performances) 《Randy Rhoads dies on March 19th》 ... and so on. This work is the 10th performance of the largest leg "North America #1", and was about a week before the Cleveland performance, which was the main performance of "TRIBUTE". However, the performance can be said to be more than "TRIBUTE". Considering the second show, Ozzy doesn't seem to be too drunk (bitter smile), and his voice is at a career high. Randy's guitar in response is also sharp, and the riff and solo are amazing. The guitar solo after "Suicide Solution" is omitted, probably because of the second show, but it seems to have increased his concentration. It's amazing that such a great performance is carried through the whole song. "Crazy Train" with its vocals stretching out, "Revelation (Mother Earth)" where you can feel Randy's fingertips, "Steal Away (The Night)" which is flying smoothly unlike the night show, "Children Of The Grave" where Tommy Aldridge's dynamism explodes... everything is intense, but the groovy and powerful "No Bone Movies" is a must-listen. The guitar and drums are rampaging in all directions without breaking down, and the bass is singing with a lot of drive. To be honest, it's hard to call it a representative song, but when you listen to this performance, it's a historic masterpiece. In fact, the sound was a step worse in the "B recording", so I didn't realize that it was such a strong performance. Incredible sound quality and great performance. I thought that the best masterpiece of the Randy era was "PROVIDENCE 1981 (Zodiac 593)", but I never thought that a master comparable to that super masterpiece would appear. I would like you to experience the full day together with the evening performance of "PALLADIUM 1981 2ND SHOW", but this work itself is too amazing. A transcendental one that may be the best live album in Randy's life. A superb audience recording of "Palladium (evening performance) on May 2, 1981". A newly excavated traditional recording (different class) upgrade master. The clarity and range have improved tremendously, the sound particles are sharp all the way to the end, and even the fine tones of the guitar and the reverberations of the cymbals are super realistic. The sound is so amazing that it almost sounds like a broadcast source, and both Ozzy and Randy are in top form. The best live album of Randy's life is born.
