If "DEFINITIVE MTV UNPLUGGED 1996: FINEST EDITION", which is worthy of being the definitive version of Oasis's classic TV appearances, is to be released, it is inevitable that the original TV broadcast will be included. To commemorate the launch of MTV, an encore was broadcast of selected episodes from the MTV Unplugged series produced both in Japan and overseas, and Oasis' MTV Unplugged was also rebroadcast at that time! And this is already... amazing picture quality! If you're a fanatic, you'll be impressed just by the sharpness of the program logo at the beginning. This was the same even in last year's broadcast (it had been left unattended since the video was produced in 1996), so this time it was thoroughly corrected to perfectly synchronize the video and audio. Also, the latest video title disc that has already been released had a basic image quality that was at the level of VHS dubbing, and for some reason there was cropping on all sides, and there was also a basic mistake that distorted the angle of view to the side, so it couldn't be called the definitive version, but of course there is no such thing this time! And after the main Unplugged program ended, the music videos for the three songs "Don't Look Back In Anger", "The Masterplan", and "Little By Little" were also broadcast as a set, and even though they are familiar footage, they were recorded in their entirety without any uncouth imitation of cutting them out! (As an aside, the fact that all the songs are Noel's vocals may be a reflection of his performance in the main MTV Unplugged program.) The image quality is perfect, there are Japanese subtitles, the audio has been corrected, the angle of view is perfect, and it even comes with the music video that was broadcast as a bonus in the program, so this is literally the "Finest" version of "MTV UNPLUGGED"!
