Oasis in 2005, which seems to be relatively blessed with sound sources and images, including the official Manchester, has already released a famous soundboard recording called "MANSFIELD 2005". However, on the other hand, regarding the early part of the world tour, the incompletely recorded FM broadcast sound source of the London performance on May 22nd has been worn out under various titles, and there are almost no soundboard sources available. However, there is a valuable soundboard sound source of the 2005 tour that is still overlooked... that is the Milan performance on May 12th, which is the second performance of the world tour! This live was broadcast on MTV in Italy, and there are pro shot and stereo soundboard materials. However, the opening songs "Fuckin' In The Bushes", "Turn Up The Sun" and "A Bell Will Ring" were cut, making it an incomplete version, and the intervals between songs were also cut off, which was a problem. Until now, only a few songs have been included in the bootleg of an overseas compilation called "CALLING ALL THE STARS", which is a collection of sound sources from the first half of 2005, and it was a live performance that was practically unreleased on CD. However, this live performance actually also has a high-quality audience recording at the same time. This has never been released on CD before. Moreover, this sound source contains several songs and intervals that were cut from the above stereo sound board sound source! This means that if you combine the stereo sound board sound source with this high-quality audience recording and properly treat it with the latest technology, it is clear that you can expect an overwhelming improvement. Therefore, this time we decided to create a complete version of this live performance by embarking on the "remix & remaster" concept! In other words, this release will be a monumental disc release in which the Milan performance will be released in its entirety for the first time! First, by using the latest AI technology, the stereo soundboard sound source was decomposed into 8 tracks of snare, toms, cymbals, kick drum, bass, guitar, vocals, and audience cheers, and each track was carefully remastered and mixed down. As a result, the soundboard, which was rough and clogged in the original Italian TV broadcast, was instantly evolved into an official level of stereo soundboard quality. Next, the series of songs and between songs that were cut there were compensated for with high-quality audience recordings, but this is surprisingly natural, thanks to the fact that Liam's voice is close to the sound image. If you listen without prior knowledge, you might be under the illusion that it was recorded on a soundboard from the beginning, thinking, "I wonder if the mixing other than Liam couldn't be done because it's the beginning of the live performance?" Speaking of cuts, "A Bell Will Ring" was fortunately broadcast on MTV in another country at a later date, and by using that sound, the song can be compensated for with a stereo soundboard recording. And the problem of the song being cut between songs is also compensated for with audience recordings, which are also extremely smooth. At first glance, you may not realize that it is a filler because it is a cheer. The smooth editing, where you can hear people talking nearby between some songs and finally realize that it is an audience filler, is also a highlight of this performance! This time, too, the unfortunate Milan performance was compiled into a state suitable for a press CD release using the "remix & remaster" concept using AI, but since this was the second day of the tour, Liam's voice was surprisingly in top form! It can be said to be the best on the tour! In 2005, Liam's vocals were often tired, sometimes falling to a level that sounded like a groan, and even being mocked by enthusiasts as a "meow voice". However, in Milan, just by listening to "Turn Up The Sun" and "Lyla" at the beginning of the live performance, you can clearly tell that Liam's voice is in great condition! ! ! I am even moved by the appearance of his sharp singing voice, as heard in the album version of "DON'T BELIEVE THE TRUTH". In addition, "Stop Crying Your Heart Out", which was only performed at the beginning of the tour, ended after only 10 performances, but it was firmly included in the set list for the second performance of the world tour, the Milan performance, and his singing here is also wonderful. He sings much better than the bad days of the 2002 tour. And above all, as mentioned above, of the songs that were only performed 10 times on the "DON'T BELIEVE THE TRUTH" tour, the only soundboard recording that remains is this Milan performance, so it is a very valuable recording! And Liam makes a simple mistake of singing the first lyrics of the new song "Turn Up The Sun" twice (which is probably why it was cut from the broadcast), which is also like the second day of the tour, and it is nice. In this way, the Milan performance, which has been overlooked despite being a stereo soundboard recording with overwhelming good condition and rare songs, which can be said to be "in a good sense" unlike the same tour, has been perfectly brushed up with the "remix & remaster" concept that also utilizes high-quality audience recording! Here is the new standard title for the 2005 tour. Let's say that Liam's singing voice, which is in top form and overwhelms everything, is the best performance of the 2005 tour!
