The best footage of NIRVANA from the "BLEACH" era is set to be released. This work includes the "Linz performance on November 20, 1989 (Austria)". It is a scene from their first European tour outside of their home country of the United States. The quality of this work is ferociously amazing! Although it is classified as an "audience shot", it is beyond the dimension of "professional or audience". The biggest factor is the narrowness of the venue. The "Cap" where the scene took place is a small underground club that can accommodate about 500 people... The data says that the space visible from the screen is so narrow that it makes you wonder "isn't it a mistake for 50 people!?" The ceiling is low, and it is a super-closed live space where you can't even raise your arms. It was shot with a camera that seems to be set up at the venue, but because it is so narrow, all angles are close-ups. Despite this, this work is a multi-angle that switches the field of view (for some reason). No, the angle is the same, but the shot switches between a close-up of the three members barely fitting on the screen and a close-up of Kurt Cobain's face. Were there two cameras set up in the venue, side by side, or was the footage shot with one camera switched between a "full view" and a "close-up crop"? Either way, you can enjoy the thrill of switching fields of vision and the super-close feeling. Even though it's so close, it's still a venue setup. Without getting lost in the raging audience, they look directly at NIRVANA over their heads. There's no doubt that it's fixed or a tripod, and there's no blurring in the sense of stability, and you can smoothly look over the three people's facial expressions. That "sense of being right in front of you" and "sense of stability" are also true for the sound. Their rock is filled in a small, narrow, closed room. I think it was probably recorded by a video camera microphone, but it's too close to call it an "audience recording". It's a very direct sound that wouldn't be much different if it was recorded in line. Of course, it's NIRVANA, so it's roaring, but that's not because of the roughness of the recording, but rather the sound that the three of them are making. Even though the sound is completely chaotic, it's a beautiful explosion that is not difficult to listen to (at all!). The performance of early NIRVANA, depicted with such a scene and sound, is exactly the stirring of magma. The three of them repeatedly headbang like bows on a small, narrow stage where they can't move, and throw out as much roaring and explosive sound as they can. The violent sound is strangely catchy, and the blunt scream-like singing voice grabs your heart. Although the style has not changed since "NEVERMIND", the energy is not released outside, but stirs around in the closed room, and accumulates in the place with each song. They are strangely stoic while raging with their desires and impulses. The chaos that was present in the era when the revolutionary NIRVANA was still struggling underground while baring their fangs spreads across the screen. NIRVANA will turn the whole world upside down. This is a video in which that enormous amount of heat is forcibly sealed into an extremely small space. No matter how long rock history is, no matter how vast the world is, I can't think of any other space or video that is so dense... This is a miraculous masterpiece video. How much heat can "sound", which is just a vibration of air, and "music", which is just a series of those sounds, take? How much can it shake the soul? And how much can it be condensed? This is a rare piece that shows even its limits, like a scientific experiment. Live at Kapu, Linz, Austria 20th November 1989 AMAZING SHOT!!!(2 CAM MIX) (64:04) 1. Intro. 2. School 3. Scoff 4.
