Contains the version of the live DVD "SILVER AND GOLD" released in 2000 that was broadcast in Japan around September 2010. It was broadcast in that era, and the original was a live DVD, so the image quality is perfect. Of course this is not all. This version has its own subtitles added when it is broadcast, which is interesting. This is because 10 years have passed between the time of release and the time of broadcast, so the interpretation of the subtitles for the exchange between songs is completely different. One of his masterpieces is when he finished playing "The Great Divide" and was thinking about what to do next, when he commented to himself, "What were you doing...?" "I see." "I remember!" "I'm not confused (yet)." The subtitles for the scenes are a masterpiece. Neil was just about to reach his 60th birthday, but this self-deprecating MC scene is more realistic than when it was released in 2000, thanks to the interpretation of the subtitles that addresses the problems of modern society (bitter smile). Isn't it? This broadcast version also has funny subtitles before the performance of "The Great Divide", and what's more, it's not Neil's MC. I laughed because the subtitles even came in when other audience members yelled, "Shut up!" in response to the voices from the audience (not so much as jeers) before the song was played. Masu. Neil Young, with his short hair and the shirt he's wearing, looks just like he did on the 1974 CSNY tour, quietly playing songs mainly from his latest album at the time (same name as the DVD). There is something about his appearance that still appeals to me. Now that nearly 20 years have passed since the release of that album, it is surprising that the charm of the new songs at that time has not faded, and this is a rare and rare live video of Neil in the modern era.
