Immediately after taking a break from touring with Crazy Horse in the fall of 2024 to perform at Farm Aid, the band performed two consecutive nights at the Capitol Theater in New York on September 23rd and 24th, recorded from a high-quality audience master with the latest digital remastering. This is a total of 1 hour and 48 minutes of recording, mainly focusing on the performance on the 24th, the second day, with songs that were not performed on that day added from the first day's performance. As with Farm Aid, the band Chrome Hearts backs them up, and while most of the members are taken over from the now inactive Promise of Real, Spooner Oldham, a famous musician from Muscle Shoals who has a deep relationship with Neil, also joins in to create a new sound. The set started with "I'M THE OCEAN" from "Mirror Ball" and ended with "THROW YOUR HATRED DOWN" from the same album. The first half was a relaxed performance of songs from "HARVEST MOON", but the engine kicked in with "Journey Through The Past", and the following representative number from recent years, "Love Earth", was performed in a band version this time, whereas last year it was Neil's solo performance. Also, the honky-tonk piano of Neil on "JOURNEY THROUGH THE PAST", which was performed for the first time in a long time, and the slide of Micah Nelson, who seems to have Ben Keith in him, are must-listen items, and other items include the soulful cry of Neil on the second day's encore "THROW YOUR HATRED DOWN", which shows the charm of Neil, who is still moving forward, in full swing.
