MOTORHEAD, who welcomed former THIN LIZZY member Brian Robertson as their new guitarist, held their first performance in Japan in June 1982, raising expectations for the band's first landing in Japan and supporting one part of the "Golden Trio." This was realized amidst a mix of concerns, including the departure of Eddie Fast Clark, who had previously left the band, and the addition of a guitarist with a different tone to the band. Robertson's time as a member was widely divided among fans, but it cannot be said that there are many sound sources currently on the market, including not only the 1982 Japan tour but also the 1983 tour. Therefore, the fact that the first performance in Japan was made into a press CD with the excellent audience source recorded by Mracle Man can be said to be a bit of an incident for fans. This time, in order to further enjoy this Japan premiere, we have decided to release another audience source different from the Miracle Man recording as a special bonus title! Please thoroughly enjoy the special premiere in Japan with another live documentary captured in high quality that rivals the CD recording! At this live show, Miracle Man was recorded from row 32 on the second floor, but the taper of this recording captured the stage from row 23 on the first floor, which is closer to the stage. The recording starts with the announcement before the performance and the BGM intro, and you can clearly see the atmosphere of the venue as it gradually gets more exciting. The noise in the audience is more vivid, and it's a little hard to grasp the performance at the beginning of "Iron Fist," but the roar that comes from the stage is also amazing, and in a sense, it may be a sound that allows you to experience MOTORHEAD live even more than the press CD. I don't know. The rhythms of "Heart Of Stone" and "Shoot You In The Back" give the impression that you can experience the sound with your body, and you will enjoy it as if you were one of the audience members. A major feature of this recording is that it captures the PA trouble that occurred after the performance of “The Hammer” and the situation at the venue during that time. The equipment was stopped during the Miracle Man recording, but here you can see the whole story, as if the enthusiastic cheers of the audience trying to pull out the band were captured with the enthusiasm floating in the venue. After that, the live performance was even more frantic than the first half of the show, and the solo of "Go To Hell" became even more impressive with Brian's guitar, and the new set-in "Hoochie Coochie Man", which is typical of this period. You can enjoy the performance realistically. Lemmy's booming bass, unique vocals, and Filthy Animal Taylor's wild drumming are nothing short of spectacular. You will be knocked out by the explosive live sound of “America”, “(We Are) The Road Crew”, and even “Overkill”, the live performance that can only be found at MOTORHEAD! After sprinting all the way to the encore "Motorhead," the outro SE was filled with the roar of bombers and sirens that echoed through the venue, and the applause that filled the venue was another highlight. Befitting this work, which has an excellent sense of realism, it lets you enjoy the afterglow of a live performance in the best possible way! A big selling point is that this work completely records the live performance for 74 minutes (Miracle Man recording is 66 minutes) until the last song "Motorhead". Although I may give up on the ease of listening to the performance and the outlook, this recording, which captures a valuable live performance for a longer time and from a different perspective, is an outstanding piece that has value beyond a mere bonus. The Miracle Man recording provides the best entertainment, and this recording captures the venue as a realistic document. Both have their own unique charms. We would like MOTORHEAD fans to enjoy the two sound sources together and thoroughly enjoy the special premiere in Japan. Fans, please don't miss out on the one-week limited chance to get this work!
