This Blu-ray disc features the performance from the July 10th concert in Munich, Germany, during the 1988 Euro Tour, coupled with audio and video remastered in 2025. The audio portion of the performance is a 2-hour, 6-minute recording of the radio broadcast master, remastered in 24-bit on a stereo soundboard. The performance, reminiscent of the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival three days earlier, features a funky vibe, yet the band's overall sound is incredibly sharp. Foley's guitar and Ricky's drums, in particular, epitomize the band's relentless groove, showcasing their razor-sharp playing throughout. The Blu-ray disc also includes the full footage, in master quality and pro-shot, from the TV broadcast. While there's an editing error where "New Blues," originally performed early on, is somehow placed toward the end of the video, the performance itself is identical to the CD, and Blu-ray's large capacity allows for a faithful HD reproduction of the original material. Anyway, 1988 was the most energetic period after the comeback, and both Miles and the band were in top condition at the beginning of this tour, and Miles' pet sound, which was blown throughout the whole show, was also in good condition on this day.
