This full-length recording of a rainy outdoor concert in Hamburg on July 30th from the 1990 Summer Euro Tour features 1 hour and 55 minutes of premium audio and video. This recording combines soundboard audio and pro-shot footage from broadcast radio and TV, both digitally remastered in 2025. While the audio is mono, it's significantly updated, and the video has been digitally enhanced to deliver the best quality available today. However, Miles was in poor health on the day, and his expression became increasingly strained in the second half of the set, eventually disappearing from the stage just before the final two songs. However, the band's performance was impressive, especially after Miles's exit. Kenny Garrett, Foley, and Kay Akagi, among others, stepped up to fill in for Miles with their exquisite playing, and the audience applauded them without booing, resulting in a truly moving ending. Also worth checking out is the participation of his son, Miles Erin, on percussion. Even though he was in poor condition, the sight of Miles, full of spirit in his later years, is still moving, making this a must-have for fans.
