This release is a famous Cologne performance that is counted as one of the three great performances of Miles Band when Keith Jarrett was enrolled. This sound source has been famous for a long time, and although it is a sound board sound source, the broadcast tape is the master and the drawback is that it is not a complete recording. Unfortunately, this release is not the "first complete recording!", but after listening to and comparing several existing sound sources, the one with the best sound quality has been remastered and recorded. Of course, the sound quality has been improved, but the most unusual thing is the connection part. As mentioned above, since it is an incomplete recording, we have been forced to edit the missing parts of titles released in the past. Unfortunately, however, that part became a hindrance to appreciation. This time, the editorial department has carefully re-edited it with the utmost care, so you can continue listening to it without feeling any discomfort at all. Furthermore, the radio announcement that was between "WHAT I SAY" and "IT'S ABOUT THAT TIME", which had never been interrupted before, has been carefully cut and edited and reconnected naturally. As the title suggests, the intense ``DIRECTIONS'' begins with an announcement from the stage host, is crushed, and then the attack begins. Thanks to this new edit, there is no longer anything that hinders the Miles Band's advance, and it has been reborn as a spectacular live performance that runs through without rest until the end. Incidentally, in past titles and web trades, "Improvisation" and "INAMORATA" are connected to become "FUNKY TONK," but here the title is written after the official BOX "Cellar Door Sessions." Masu. The accompanying DVD is a live performance on November 16th of the same year, which was broadcast on television in Italy. The same concert is recorded from two broadcast sources. Each has been edited differently, so you can enjoy the same concert from different angles. There is no menu screen. 01. Introduction - DIRECTIONS 02. HONKY TONK 03. WHAT I SAY (incomplete) 04.
