The finest soundboard sound source reprinted from the legendary “Cozy Tape” will be released! This work was recorded during the North American tour immediately after the release of "God (The Return of the Flying Arrow)". This is a 2-disc set containing soundboards. These two sound sources are a compilation of "INDIANA 1980 SOUNDBOARD" and "L.A. 1980 SOUNDBOARD" that appeared in 2001. They are the earliest of the so-called "Cozy Tapes". It was a famous record that was the forerunner of a series that took the world by storm. It was a huge shock to discover it.At that time, the soundboard of M.S.G. during the Cozy Powell era was the official ``Hisho Densetsu''. The only thing left to do was to scrape together fragmented takes of singles, etc. Moreover, the favorite of the bunch, ``Hisho Densetsu,'' was riddled with overdubs, leading to people being ridiculed and asking, ``Which part was the real live performance?'' Even though it was the moment when Michael Schenker was most visible, the soundboard situation was very lonely. Suddenly, ``INDIANA 1980 SOUNDBOARD'' and ``L.A. 1980 SOUNDBOARD'' turned that situation around. The direct-to-the-table sound board that appeared like a comet produced an extremely intense sound that clearly conveyed the fierceness and vividness of the guitar god and the drum thunder god colliding violently. It's not as good as the live album "Flying Legend". There was absolutely no correction/editing as it was recorded live with a recorder connected directly to the soundboard table at the scene. While immersed in the feeling of fighting, the performance itself is divine. During the later performance in Japan, Koji was suffering from poor health, and his repertoire for ``Myth'' revealed an obvious lack of rehearsal. However, compared to that, this work is like a completely different band. The spirit of the new band M.S.G. to take on the world, and the ensemble that has been running at full speed after several months of live performances is just so hot. Because it's a live performance, the thrill of competing on-site is at full blast.Rock fans all over the world were stunned by the appearance of this amazing, superb stereo sound board, and not only enthusiasts/collectors but also bootleg fans. The shock spread even to those who did not listen to it. The impact spread overseas on the Internet during the popularization period, and the following year, in 2002, it became the trigger for the birth of the half-official album ``REACTIVATE LIVE.'' This work is a 2-in-1 version of such “legendary bootleg”. These two sound sources were later re-digitized from the original tapes and are still reigning as the pinnacle CDs ``RETURN OF THE FLYING ARROW'' and ``FLYING OVER WEST'', respectively, but this work is only the ``first appearance Langley edition''. Reprint. In terms of pure audio, “RETURN OF THE FLYING ARROW” and “FLYING OVER WEST” are better, but this work is the very sound that caused a sensation all over the world. Even if you ignore the historical circumstances, you can fully enjoy the finest live performance of 7 out of 9 songs of ``God (Return of the Flying Arrow)'' + 4 UFO songs in the two performances of this work. ”・This is the best 2-disc set to listen to as the “Cozy version of ``God''. Just how amazing the early M.S.G. was as a band.A historical stereo that conveys that fact with more vividness and intensity than the official work.・Soundboard album.
