The first report of MICHAEL SCHENKER FEST, Hard Rock's most shocking visit to Japan in 2016, has arrived! A miraculous performance in Japan with three MSG singers: Gary Burden, Graham Bonnet (!), and Robin McCauley. Already a hot topic in various places, the best live album has been decided to be released!! Now, before we get into the details, let's start with the usual schedule. ・August 23rd: Zepp Namba [This work] ・August 24th: Tokyo International Forum ・August 26th: Zepp Sapporo In this way, there will be a total of three performances in Japan this time. The final performance in Sapporo just ended a few days ago. This work, which is the first report of such a performance in Japan, is the audience album of the first day “August 23, 2016 Zepp Namba performance”. Above all, the biggest point is that you can listen to the live show in full, but even if you ignore such preciousness, the quality is amazing. This work is a genuine superb recording. It is a type of recording that is called "just like a sound board", and the neat and exquisite musical sounds with plenty of direct feeling explode with all their might. To be honest, I think it's better than the CDs that were released at last year's concert in Japan... It is such a special sound. Moreover, this work is a completely original recording brought through a unique route from recording. It is the world's first live album of this work, which is not even available on the internet. MICHAEL SCHENKER FEST drawn with such a sound is also amazing... As some of you may already know, the show consists of three parts, with an instrumental in between, and three singers switching places. First of all, Gary Burden appears following "Into The Arena". We will sing four songs from ``Kami'' and ``Mythology.'' Although Burden was ridiculed for his singing ability in the 1980s, it was also said that he got better each time he came to Japan, but this time, as he turned 60, he faked the high notes and left the microphone to the audience. There are many. However, his singing voice is definitely as persuasive as anyone else's, and his famous songs also shine with the brilliance of ``this is how it should be.'' Next, the hero Graham Bonnet appears with “Coast To Coast” in between! This visit to Japan was a huge success in various places, but I'm sure most of the people were there to see Graham. They miraculously performed together at TEMPLE OF ROCK's performance in Japan last year, but that miracle is happening again!! The most interesting part of this work is that Graham sang "Assault" from "Apocalypse." "Attack" and "Desert Song"...and "Dancer"!!! Last year's "Assault" was a duet with Doogie White. I'm happy that "Attack" is sung by Graham alone, but finally, finally, "Dancer"... At that time, it was a distant memory that people would say things like ``pop MSG''. The catchy melody instantly captures the hearts of the audience, and the excitement continues! Burden and McCauley provide backup for this song, but the audience sings so much that they don't even notice the chorus. Of course, the essential Graham's singing voice and Michael's guitar roar perfectly and are clearly heard with the thickness and clarity of a sound board even in the audience's large chorus. Perhaps because it was the first day, I lost track of the song during "Assault Attack" and my voice turned upside down during "Dancer", but the strength of the voice seemed to surpass even the performance in Japan last year, and I was fully immersed in the close-up sound. You can And Robin McCauley appears with "Captain Nemo" in between. In addition to the three songs from the McAULEY SCHENKER GROUP era, he also takes the mic for UFO's "Shoot Shoot" and "Rock Bottom." I think he probably had the lowest expectations among the three, but he has the best singing voice! Baden and Graham are deeply moved by their love for each other, but there are also scenes where it's difficult to fake or reverse their feelings. However, when it comes to Macquarie, there is no sign of any decline. The husky middle taste is exactly the same as it was 27 years ago, and the high notes extend beautifully. He is also supposed to be 63 years old now, but maybe he is better than he was then!?!? With that singing voice, his masterpieces ``Save Yourself'' and ``This Is My Heart'' will be released for the first time in Japan... The “miraculous re-co-starring” of Graham and Michael is the greatest life of this work, but McCauley is also a wonderful listen. Burden's singing voice is stuck in your soul, Graham's singing voice is a miracle happening again, and McCauley's unfading singing voice. MICHAEL SCHENKER FEST where the songs of those three people and Michael's guitar come together overnight. It is a masterpiece that depicts a miraculous live performance with a special sound even more than last year's TEMPLE OF ROCK. Although it is of the quality that should normally be pressed, we would like you to enjoy the ``now'' to your heart's content. Disc 1 (50:15) 1. Intro 2. Opening SE 3. Into the Arena 4.
