What is inscribed in this work is “September 4, 1982 Wiesbaden performance”. As mentioned above, this is an audience recording when appearing on “Golden Summer Night”. The “ASSAULT ATTACK Tour” is already valuable, but this show was such a rare show that you can appreciate the pictures just by listening to it. However, the quality of this work blows away such preciousness. Although it is a monaural recording, the sound digitized from the low generation master is fresh and has vivid outlines and sharp edges. The balance that combines a strong core with the stage approaching is one of the best on the “ASSAULT ATTACK Tour”. Not to mention the melting Flying V tone, it is a sound that clearly highlights Chris Glenn's bass. Moreover, this work is the highest peak album that has refined such low generation sound. The beauty of the original sound is brought out to the fullest, and the clarity and brightness are greatly improved, making it clear and vivid. This results in a dynamic sound with an impressive impact. Let's also compare the sets here. God (The Return of the Flying Arrow)・Armed And Ready/Cry For The Nations/Bijou Pleasurette/Into The Arena/Lost Horizons Mythology・Attack Of The Mad Ax Man/Let Sleeping Dogs Lie/Are You Ready To RockOther・Rock You To The Ground/Courvoisier Concerto/Doctor Doctor...and so on. The main part of “ASSAULT ATTACK Tour” featured a medley development from the instrumental “Ulcer” to “Cry For The Nations” at the opening, but here, like “Reading Festival”, it started with “Armed And Ready”. “Feels Like a Good Thing” and “But I Want More” have already disappeared, and “Into The Arena” and “Are You Ready To Rock” are set in, making it an even more honest set. Perhaps because it has become more standard, or perhaps because it has gone through Reading, the playing has gotten better, and if the backing is solid, the main character, the Flying V, is also doing quite well. In particular, the solos and plays in "Attack Of The Mad Ax Man" and "Into The Arena" are thrilling and sharp, fully demonstrating his characteristics. The highlight of the first half of the live was “Rock You To The Ground,” the only song chosen from “Apocalypse.” Gary was struggling on the main press CD, but the vocal line that Graham carved with intense power and high tone was clearly difficult for Gary. Although he learned his own way of singing in the main part of the tour that followed, he was still in the process of developing. On the other hand, it is also an interesting take on the progress that will be made in improving performance. The highlights that highlight Flying V are the delicate “Bijou Pleasurette” and the revived masterpiece “Into The Arena.” The second half, which includes the guitar solo "Courvoisier Concerto" and the profound and heavy songs "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie" and "Lost Horizons," is also worth listening to, and the second half makes you listen to the energetic first half. And, you can see that the contrast of the live performance is also skillfully formed. It's a shame that "Loking For Love" is missing compared to the main part of the later "ASSAULT ATTACK Tour", but it is essential in Michael's live performances, such as "Are You Ready To Rock" that closes the main part of the set, and "Doctor Doctor" for the encore. The songs that are not included are properly woven, and you can enjoy a tight full show for about an hour. MSG lost Graham and Cozy Powell from 1982 to 1984 and is said to have become a tight unit. This is a live album that allows you to experience the scene right after the start. This is a sequel to the legendary Reading Festival, and also a trailer for the "ASSAULT ATTACK Tour" which will continue to Japan.
