In the 90s, when both Maiden and Priest were losing momentum, METALLICA and MEGADETH were the two major bands that reigned as the leaders of the scene. A coupling pro shot of the two giants standing side by side on the same stage has been decided to be released. This work contains two performances in the same year and at the same venue. It is a multi-camera pro shot of the "April 24, 1998 Seoul performance (METALLICA)" and the "November 14, 1998 performance (MEGADETH)" about half a year later. The two giants, who released "RELOAD" and "CRYPTIC WRITINGS" in 1997, went on tour. Not only did they tour a lot, but they also toured energetically in countries and regions that they had never toured before. In particular, their advance into Asia was remarkable, and they realized the largest tour of their career in Japan. MEGADETH came to Japan for the second time with just "CRYPTIC WRITINGS", and METALLICA recorded the most performances. Another thing that both heroes had in common was that they performed in Korea just before coming to Japan. Nowadays, it is not uncommon for Korean performances to be set with Japanese performances, but metal music began to be realized in the late 1990s. 1998 was also the first time that both heroes landed in Korea. Perhaps due to the shock of "Heavy Metal has arrived!", the first Korean performances of both heroes were also broadcast on television. This work is a two-disc set that includes such TV broadcast pro shots. Such a work is a professional shot with realistic quality. It is an analog broadcast due to the era, and Korea at that time was not familiar with rock broadcasts, so to be honest, it is a South American class. Perhaps because of this, most of the masters currently in circulation have been digitally processed to make them smooth, but this work is different. It is a master before such processing was applied, and on a certain major video site, the smooth skin texture is realistically depicted as if it had been painted over with foundation, and from each hair to the wrinkles on the costume, it is very realistic. The two heroes in Korea are depicted with such visual beauty, which is a little different from other countries. To be honest, METALLICA and MEGADETH have different drawing power, and they don't usually stand on the same stage unless it's a festival. However, in this work, both men are "first in Korea", and they are completely on the same stage. From METALLICA's perspective, the relatively small "Olympic Gymnastics Arena (15,000 people)" is rare, and from MEGADETH's perspective, the long set of over 100 minutes is plenty to see. In our shop, we have introduced many titles that focus on the two big bands' hardcore, but in most cases MEGADETH is treated as an opening act, and even a solo pro shot is only 80 minutes at best. There has been no equal confrontation so far. So what is the content of the set? Speaking of the two men of this period, the masterpiece pro shot "WOODSTOCK '99: DIGITAL MASTER EDITION" is a symbol, so let's organize it by comparing them. METALLICA ・Kill 'Em All: The Four Horsemen (Acoustic) (★) ・Ride the Lightning: For Whom the Bell Tolls/Creeping Death ・Metal Master: Master Of Puppets/Battery ・Metal Justice: One ・The Black Album: Sad But True/Nothing Else Matters/Wherever I May Roam/Enter Sandman ・Load: King Nothing/Bleeding Me/Until It Sleeps (★) ・Reload: Fuel/The Memory Remains (★) ・Other: So What/Low Man's Lyric (Acoustic) (★)/Kill/Ride Medley (★) MEGADETH ・Killing Is My Business: Mechanix (★) ・Peace Sells: Wake Up Dead (★)/Peace Sells ・So Far So Good: In My Darkest Hour/Anarchy In The U.K. (★) ・Last in Peace: Holy Wars... The Punishment Due/Hangar 18 (★) Countdown To Extinction (★)/Foreclosure Of A Dream (★)/Sweating Bullets/Symphony Of Destruction Reckoning Day/A Tout Le Monde Cryptic Writings A Secret Place/She-Wolf/Almost Honest/Use The Man/Trust Others Angry Again/Paranoid (★) *Note: ★ marks songs that were not included in the masterpiece "WOODSTOCK '99: DIGITAL MASTER EDITION". METALLICA, always one step ahead, have risen to the greatest giant in metal history. MEGADETH are geniuses, but their opponents are too big for them to catch up with. This is a rare two-disc set in which these two giants of the same origin stand side by side and clash on equal terms. A total of 3 hours and 36 minutes of entertainment epic. A serious title with two great bands standing side by side has been released. This is a multi-camera pro shot that combines the first Korean performance, which was held at the same venue in the same year, and is a heavy metal paradise that lasts for 3 hours and 36 minutes for both men.
