"DYSTOPIA" began as a huge hit reaching number 3 in the United States, won the long-awaited Grammy Award, battled with illness, canceled a tour due to the coronavirus pandemic, and unexpectedly left David Ellefson... "DYSTOPIA" experienced all kinds of heaven and hell. Introducing a soundboard album that allows you to enjoy the tour that was called the "second golden age." This work includes “Santiago performance on October 29, 2017”. This is an FM soundboard recording when I appeared at the Chilean rock festival "SANTIAGO GETS LOUDER". ``DYSTOPIA'' was released five years ago, but it was a huge hit and the tour has expanded into a huge one. Moreover, professional shots and soundboards such as “HELLFEST 2016”, “WACKEN 2017” and “RESURRECTION FEST EG 2018” were also born. It is also very popular at our store. We are currently in the countdown stage for the release of their next new work, ``THE SICK, THE DYING AND THE DEAD'' (tentative title), so let's take a look at the collection from the entire tour. 2016《“DYSTOPIA” released on January 22nd》・February 20th – May 29th: North America #1 (35 performances)・June 2nd – July 13th: Europe #1 (24 performances)←* HELLFEST・July 30th – December 16th: Latin America #1/North America #2 (42 performances) ←*BUENOS AIRES 2017・April 29th – May 19th: Asia (11 performances)・June 23rd - July 15th: North America #3 (17 performances) ・July 25th - August 19th: Europe #2 (15 performances) ← *BLOODSTOCK/WACKEN ・September 14th - October 15th: North America #4 (16 performances) October 29th – November 4th: South America #2 (4 performances) ←★Coco★ 2018 April 29th + May 5th: Mexico (2 performances) June 5th – 7th June 13th: Europe #3 (23 performances) ← *RESURRECTION FEST EG ・October 27th: Performed at JogjaROCKarta Festival 2019《June 18th: Mustaine announces throat cancer》January 20th - February 2020 22nd: Europe #4 (22 performances) [Tour suspended due to the new coronavirus pandemic] This is MEGADETH from 2016 to 2020. In addition to the above, we also introduce many masterpiece Odins titles, but here we will limit ourselves to professional shots/soundboards for the time being. This work's "SANTIAGO GETS LOUDER" appearance was towards the end of the entire tour. This was the first concert of "South America #2". This work recorded at such a show is a scorching soundboard that is typical of South America. The DJ adds a few words between songs, and the mix is wild. It's a little different from the type that would be called "completely official!", but it feels good in return. The unpolished performance sound is extremely realistic, and that's why the hot power is poured directly into your brain. What makes the temperature even more rapid is the ferocious South American seaweed. The performance sound itself has a direct feeling of direct connection, but in fact, there is a huge cheer superimposed on it. How hot is this already? It's natural to sing the lyrics and riffs all over the place, and if you like any song, an eruption of "Hey! hey!" will occur, and the promised "Megadeth, Megadeth, aguante Megadeth!" is also incredibly thick. This work is a live album with no scenery, but that's why you can fully enjoy the bold sense of scale that is possible. What is depicted with such a super spectacular sound is like a must-have collection of classics, and if you look closely, it is a full show with every twist delicious. As mentioned above, this is the 6th Pro Shot/Soundboard, so let's change things up a bit and organize them into "fixed songs" and "swap songs." Inevitable fixed songs (6 songs)・Peace Sells・Lust in Peace: Hangar 18/Holy Wars... The Punishment Due・Countdown to Destruction: Sweating Bullets/Symphony Of Destruction・Dystopia: The Threat Is Real Replacement songs (10 songs) ・80s: Mechanix/Wake Up Dead/In My Darkest Hour・90s: Dawn Patrol/Poison Was The Cure/Take No Prisoners/Skin O' My Teeth (★)/A Tout Le Monde/Trust Dystopia: Dystopia *Note: Songs marked with “★” are songs that could not be heard on previous “DYSTOPIA Tour” pro shots/soundboards. ...and it looks like this. What I'm curious about is the replacement songs, and I'm glad to see a thicker selection from "RUST IN PEACE." And, surprisingly valuable is "Skin O' My Teeth". Of course, it's not so rare that you'd be surprised, but it wasn't played in the pro shot group above. You can enjoy the masterpieces changed by Kiko Loureiro's guitar on a powerful sound board. Also, "Trust" is a song that you can only hear in South America. On this day, the song is sung in Spanish, but this is not just unusual. The song progresses in English until the middle of the song, and the audience sings along in English at first. Mustaine cuts into the singalong in Spanish, and the audience is confused but then realizes...the flow is very realistic. “DYSTOPIA Tour” was said to be the “second golden age”. Among them, it is a masterpiece of a live album where you can enjoy the scorching South American full show on a vivid soundboard. I believe that MEGADETH will continue to make good progress, but Ellefson is no longer there. A world tour collection that may become the "last golden age." FM soundboard recording of “October 29, 2017 SANTIAGO GETS LOUDER”. A DJ enters between the songs, and the mix is wild and it's a scorching sound board typical of South America, but the unpolished performance sound is extremely realistic, and that's why the hot power is poured directly into your brain. And the huge cheers that ensued were the best. It's natural to sing the lyrics and riffs all over the place, and if you like any song, an eruption of "Hey! hey!" will occur, and the promised "Megadeth, Megadeth, aguante Megadeth!" is also incredibly thick. This is a scorching live album that combines the momentum of the “DYSTOPIA Tour” which returned to its golden age with the heat of South America.
