"Memoire: Anthology 2" contains a wide range of music activities from APPLE's later period from 1971 to 2018, including solo activities, film and stage soundtracks, and various group activities from the 1970s onwards. Mary Hopkin left the Beatles' APPLE label and continued her solo career, while working in groups such as "HOBBY HORSE", "SUNDANCE" and "OASIS", and reached her peak. CD1 contains rare singles from APPLE's later period. Rare recordings are fully covered, including "Call Me Sadness" sung in Japanese and an alternate version of APPLE's last single "Water, Paper and Clay". All singles released in the 1970s are included, including the rare single "HOBBY HORSE" in 1972, in which Mary Hopkin participated in a group activity with her husband Tony Visconti, who was famous as a producer for David Bowie and T. Rex. In the 1980s, she participated in group activities as a member of "SUNDANCE" and "OASIS". Valuable TV shows from that time are also included. In 1988, he performed Beatles numbers at a tribute to poet Dylan Thomas, produced by George Martin. In 1991, he participated in the anti-war song "No More War" in Romania, Eastern Europe. Since 2000, he has continued to work on his own label, and released re-recorded versions of his signature song "Sad Angel" in 1977 and 2017. This is the second anthology that compiles his footsteps from his idol popularity in the 1960s to his full-fledged musical activities in the 1970s, which led to his establishment as an artist up to the present day.
