The "CLUTCHING AT STRAWS" era was the last masterpiece of the Phish era. A TV program has been decided to be released that will allow you to accompany the tour during such a golden age. This work is different from normal live footage. Of course, live professional shots will also appear, but it is also a documentary special of “CLUTCHING AT STRAWS TOUR 1987” which was used as material. It was produced by the BBC in the 1980s, and the main characters are the tour staff. How rock shows are held, and what it's like touring with a band. The behind-the-scenes scenes that are usually not seen are clearly depicted. This work starts from “July 8, 1987 Nancy Performance”. However, at that point it was already the encore "Incommunicado", and the members returned to the dressing room one by one (Fish was wringing the sweat from his T-shirt: it was dirty). That's the highlight of this work. After the performance, everyone dismantled the gigantic set at the venue, packed up the equipment, and stored it in a truck. And just like the other members, they travel long distances on tour buses. Driving on the highway late at night, stopping at the stand just as it's starting to turn white, rubbing your sleepy eyes as you head to the service area to have breakfast (snack?)...The life of a staff member who is a real truck guy is very real. It sounds monotonous when you put it into words, but it's the BBC. The program is quickly edited and includes narration and staff comments to make it more interesting. Even when the sun rose, the staff had no rest, and once they arrived at the Paris venue, it was time to set up. They drove the truck into the middle of the venue (!) and reassembled the dismantled set. The set was also gigantic, and the sight of him tightening each screw one by one at a dizzying height made him look like a carpenter or a steeplejack. Then, it was time for sound check, lighting check, and the start of the concert. Just when I thought I was finally taking a break, I was still adjusting the sound at the mix table and changing the lighting during the live performance... The action unfolds in a way that makes you want to ask, ``When on earth is he sleeping?'' When I go to concerts, I often come across scenes where they express their gratitude to the staff, and it's clear that this is not just a social gesture. Continue repeating the steps up to this point every day and night. Since the members of the rock band are witnessing this, they will probably want to say thank you as well. It is clear that MARILLION was in its heyday when programs like this were made, but even more so, it is a valuable professional shot that shows the process and mechanism of creating a "concert". Documentaries tend to be thought of as being for enthusiasts that only core fans of a band can enjoy, but this work is the complete opposite. While being realistic, the program is complete and easy to watch. This is a behind-the-scenes piece that can be enjoyed not only by MARILLION fans but also by anyone who attends rock concerts. A masterpiece video that will change the way you feel about the concert before and after watching this work. Documentaries TV Programme from French Tour 1987 PRO-SHOT 1. Intro. 2.
