A live performance by the first Mahavishnu Orchestra led by John McLaughlin on February 25, 1973 at Dartmouth College in Massachusetts, recorded with a high-quality tabletop mix soundboard sound source. A live performance just before the release of the monumental jazz-rock album "Firebird" with the divine performance of Jan Hammer, Billy Cobham, Jerry Goodman, and Rick Laird. A wonderful performance with a set list including two songs from "Firebird", "Open Country Joy" and "Hope", three songs from the first album "Hidden Flame", and "Dream" also included in the live album "Flight from Nothingness". You can enjoy the live performance by the superb technician members with superb sound that still sounds fresh even today. DISC 1 1. Meeting Of The Spirits 2. Open Country Joy 3. Dream DISC 2 1.
