From the official unreleased live performance of alto sax master Lee Konitz, recorded at the Montreal Jazz Festival on July 28, 1985, in the finest stereo soundboard sound source. In addition, one additional song is recorded from his performance with Bud Shank at Juan Les Pins in France in July 1988. In the 1980s, he teamed up with Harold Danko and was active in both quartets, and on stage at the Montreal Jazz Festival, he gave a wonderful and relaxed performance.
