A 4-disc set containing two types of sound sources of "July 17, 1973 Seattle Performance" will be released. First of all, discs 1 & 2 include ultra-high quality stereo audience recordings. Released by JEMS in 2010, this is the first digitized sound source from the original tape of the LP "V 1/2 Led Zeppelin Performed Live in Seattle." It is an incomplete recording with many problems, but the most amazing thing is the sound. It is a recording that shows off the overwhelming sound and freshness that you can't help but admire, ``Is it this amazing?'' ``Is it possible to record with such a sound in this day and age?'' However, as mentioned earlier, the recording is incomplete. Although it can't be helped that the opening announcement was missed, "Dazed And Confused" and "Moby Dick" were not recorded, the beginning of "Rock And Roll" and "No Quarter" were cut off, and 36-49 seconds of "Celebration Day" were not recorded. Then, it becomes only the right side, or the sound starts to disappear. There is nothing after 1 minute 40 seconds of “Stairway To Heaven” and “Whole Lotta Love”, but it seems that part of the master tape has been overwritten with other recordings (what a waste!). These "Stairway To Heaven" and "Whole Lotta Love" are additionally recorded as extra tracks (as well as online) from the LP source included in the JEMS upper sound source that was uploaded at the same time. I have listed various problems, but the sound itself is so amazing that I would like you to press the button and experience it. It is truly a famous recording that boasts the highest and strongest quality as an audience recording in 1973. On the other hand, what is recorded on disks 3 & 4 is the sound board recording of the same day. It is almost a straight copy of the "dadgad" version, and the sound shows a certain generation, and the pitch is accurate. It's not perfect either, as there is a cut caused by the master at 1:55 of "No Quarter", but the 114-minute soundboard that you can listen to with a wonderful texture is the best word. Although it is a take on the ears of fans, the theme of this work is "AUDIO ARCHIVE", and each recording was uploaded in the best condition and recorded without processing or supplementing each source. Anyway, the sound is good throughout, and this 4-disc set is highly valuable as a source collection. Together with the 3-disc set "SEATTLE 1973 MASTER REEL" which also includes the JEMS version of the monaural audience from this day, it is a highly recommended title that allows you to listen to the original sounds of the two sources of the same day straight in an unprocessed state.
