The iconic venue where LED ZEPPELIN performed the most live shows, the LA Forum. The 8mm film footage that allows you to witness the scene has been upgraded. It is an urgent release. ZEP has stood on the stage of the LA Forum 16 times, which is the most ever, along with MSG. However, MSG's 16 times include the reunion in 1988, so the LA Forum is number one in the 70s alone. The most of them were six consecutive performances in 1977. The show itself is symbolic, but it is also known that 8mm footage was left behind, and "The Song Remains the Same" was included in the official "LED ZEPPELIN DVD". However, the 8mm footage of the LA Forum that was excavated is not all from the official DVD, but has been found from other performances. This work is a compilation of three of those performances. We have previously introduced a similar title, "L.A. FORUM 1977," and this work is also an upgraded version of that. This is a good opportunity, so let's check which performance the video is from by date. June 21st (first day) ← ※ Official DVD (about 5 and a half minutes) June 22nd ← ★ This work (8 and a half minutes) ★ June 23rd ← ★ This work (9 and a half minutes) ★ June 25th June 26th ← ★ This work (about 16 minutes) ★ June 27th (last day) This is the six consecutive performances at the "LA Forum". The official DVD "The Song Remains the Same" was the first day performance, but this work contains the three performances after that. Now, let's take a look at the points individually. Day 2: June 22nd (8:34) The 8mm footage recorded in this work is basically the same as the previous edition "L.A. FORUM 1977", but the quality is completely different. It is a new master unearthed after the previous work, and the length and visual beauty have been greatly improved. For example, this "June 22nd" footage. The length of the last edition was "7:23" but it has been extended to "8:30", and the image quality has also improved. The outline is much more vivid and the color is super vivid. The previous edition had faded to light pink, but this work retains the bright orange color beautifully. Day 3: June 23 (9:40) The next day's footage is basically the same as "L.A. FORUM 1977". As those who experienced the previous edition will know, this "June 22" footage was by far the most beautiful of the three 8mm films. This time, the other two types have been upgraded, so it can be said that the three types are parallelized. In terms of highlights, this footage is the best in this work. Especially in the second half of "Rock And Roll", THE WHO's Keith Moon appears. You can enjoy the clear and vivid beauty of the footage as he hits the timpani and tambourine. Day 5: June 26th (16:00) The last "June 26th" video has the biggest upgrade. The most shocking thing is the length. The last version was the longest at 10 minutes, but this one is about 6 minutes longer. Of course, the video is also up. Since 8mm film is only a few tens of seconds per cut, not all of it is beautiful, but even the same cut as the last one has a much more vivid color. Even if it is only a partial one, the thrill of being able to witness 9 songs (plus guitar solo) is irreplaceable. Not only is this 8mm film valuable, it is far more beautiful than video. It is a masterpiece that has been assembled to be enjoyed as a musical work by synchronizing it with the finest recording. Moreover, the length and image quality have been upgraded from the last work to a blissful 34 minutes. A precious 8mm collection has been released. This is an upgraded version that compiles the films shot on "June 22nd, 23rd, and 26th" of the six LA Forum performances, and is longer and of better quality than the previous version "L.A. FORUM 1977". (34:11) The Forum. Inglewood, California, USA 22nd June 1977 1. The Song Remains The Same 2. Sick Again 3. No Quarter 4. Kashmir 5. Over The Hills And Far Away 6. Bow Solo 7.
