L.A. GUNS became the darling of the era in the late 1980s, releasing their masterpieces ``L.A. GUNS'' and ``COCKED & LOADED.'' The out-of-print official footage that condensed that golden age has been reprinted in the highest quality ever. This work includes two video works released at the time, ``ONE MORE REASON'' and ``LOVE, PEACE & GEESE.'' Both are out-of-print videos that have not been made into official DVDs to date, but this work is a reprint from the Japanese laser disc. This is the highest quality version in history, which was created by entrusting the mint quality disc owned by core collectors to a manufacturer specializing in analog video and digitizing it. In fact, the visual beauty is extremely beautiful. Although it was shot in analogue fashion, it is still vivid and beautiful even in today's digital age. Resolution that exceeds the VHS standard, stability with no uneven running, luster and coloring with zero deterioration...It is a visual beauty that can only be found on Japanese laser discs. What is depicted in such ultimate visual beauty is the essence of L.A. GUNS at its peak. Video works from the late 1980s are destined to go out of print quickly, and the title alone may not be enough for some people, so let's introduce them individually. [``ONE MORE REASON'' is a video of most of the shocking debut work] First of all, ``ONE MORE REASON'' appears first. This is a collection of promo clips released in 1989, when L.A.GUNS, who made their major debut, was taking the world by storm. In fact, the two works included in this work are both clip collections, but the colors are very different. The feature of this album is that most of the 1st album ``L.A.GUNS'' (8 out of 11 songs) have been made into videos. Even though it was the heyday of MTV, it was rare for a debut work to produce so many clips. It's easy to see how their debut received so much buzz and attention. All of the songs are full of the youthful, wild, and obscene charm of L.A. GUNS, but the one I want to pay particular attention to is "No Mercy." This is the only live clip, and the scene is here in Japan. This is the performance on the first day of their first visit to Japan, ``November 14, 1988: Shibuya Public Hall'', and ``No Mercy'' is the first song. This is a clip of "the song that marked the first meeting between L.A. GUNS and Japan." Also, after the guitar solo "Cry No More", an interview with Tracy Gans appears. At a music store, he happily talks about his favorite B.C. Rich Gunslinger and Jimi Hendrix. The comment, ``The Flying V used to be used by black bluesmen, but strangely, it's recently become popular with heavy metal guys,'' is an interesting scene that gives a real feel to the LA neighborhood. [The masterpiece "LOVE, PEACE & GEESE" which depicts the real faces of the members] Next up is a collection of clips from their 2nd album "COCKED & LOADED". Although the number of songs is narrowed down to just 5, the interviews inserted between all the songs are interesting. Phil Lewis navigates his hobby airplane from above LA, and even though the sound is cracked by the explosions at the scene, it remains the same, and the airy atmosphere of the airplane hobby is reminiscent of a ``rocker hit''. Together with the 80's style clips, the scenes of those days and the people who were in the groove are overflowing at the same time. In addition to the airplane scenes, there are also interviews from various countries taken during the world tour. There is some Japanese broadcasting (a little bit), but the Q&A itself is funnier than that. When asked about their names, they answered, ``Tracy Gans, Phil Gans, Kelly Gans,'' and when asked, ``How did you get started in the music business?'', they immediately answered, ``A woman.'' In an interview in Eastern Europe, he made a comment that was neither serious nor joking, saying, ``It was amazing when the Berlin Wall came down.Of course, Mötley Crüe was the one who started it all.'' They themselves skip it, but the interviewer was also a bit of an idiot and asked a question that made no sense, ``If you replace the existence of a wife with a mathematical equation, what is the answer?'' Although the answer was "zero", the atmosphere was completely empty. . . Phil is in flight, giving interviews without giving serious answers, and seriously explaining the videos for each song. It is also a video work that contrasts these two sides and reveals their true faces. Not only can you enjoy masterpiece clips from the Golden Age in the highest quality ever, but the "bonus" that brings out the sense of the times is also a delicious video masterpiece. A special piece that concentrates the essence of his masterpieces "L.A. GUNS" and "COCKED & LOADED" and gorgeously decorates them with images. This is L.A.GUNS's... no, L.A. metal's best masterpiece.
