After Eric Carr's death, KISS welcomed Eric Singer as their official replacement drummer. After the production of "REVENGE", KISS resumed live activities with a performance in San Francisco on April 23, 1992, prior to the release of the album. The US tour from April to May was a "club tour" that played small venues. This tour was followed by a 10-day UK tour, in which larger venues such as Wembley Arena in London and the NEC in Birmingham were booked, showing that the band gradually increased the scale of their live shows after Eric Singer joined the band. They then traveled around the US and performed at large venues "very KISS-like" starting from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on October 1. The band's meticulous rehearsals before this "Arena tour" are recorded on the 2-CD set "REVENGE IS READY: TOUR REHEARSAL 1992". After the rehearsal, KISS held a special live show for those involved on September 30th, just before the start of the tour. This work captures the special stage with a multi-camera pro shot of the highest quality! Although the total video is about 40 minutes, it is a very valuable performance that connects the rehearsal of "REVENGE IS READY: TOUR REHEARSAL 1992" and the main tour from October! The video starts with an interview with Paul Stanley and Eric Singer (this part is 7 minutes long and is quite well recorded). The performance starts with "Creatures Of The Night" just like the actual tour. Since it is a live show mainly for media and other related parties, it is not the usual exciting mood, and the band gives the impression of a practical rehearsal, and it is a solid staging (especially the MC between songs may feel quite light compared to regular KISS live shows). However, you can calmly enjoy the careful performance. "I Just Wanna" and "Unholy" from "REVENGE" also have a solid impression, and compared to the performance of "REVENGE IN DAYTON" and the official live footage, it is quite interesting. However, the live production is just as flashy as the real thing. You will be overwhelmed by the pyro intro of "Heaven's On Fire" and the lighting that livens up the stage. After that, there are a series of highlights such as Eric Singer's drum solo, the hit song "Forever", and the heavy "War Machine" (the scene where the Statue of Liberty on the stage set explodes and changes its appearance is a must-see). Fans should not be able to take their eyes off it until the end. In addition, this work includes an additional bonus track, "Strutter", from the performance in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on October 1st, the first day of the "Arena Tour". This is a single camera from the back of the venue, but it captures the stage clearly with a solid sense of stability and camerawork. Live at Stabler Arena, Bethlehem, Allentown, PA.
