This film was shot at a Brooklyn concert on May 10, 1992. It's a spectacular audience shot... Is it even appropriate to call it that? While it could only be categorized as an "audience shot," its unique character makes it seem as though it was shot by someone involved, not the audience. It was shot with a single camera from the back of the venue, offering a wide view over the front audience, with no obstructions and a direct view of the stage. Whether it's a shot aimed directly at the center of the stage, or the height and stability suggesting the use of a tripod, it doesn't seem like it was shot by an audience member. Because they were so close, the sound of their performance possesses a tremendous driving force that doesn't even smack the chanting that fills the club, creating a powerful sense of "KISS is right there."
