KISS' first live video has been revived in the highest quality ever! This work is the official video "ANIMALIZE LIVE UNCENSORED" that contains Bruce Kulick's first tour, "ANIMALIZE WORLD TOUR". KISS has released many video works so far, but this is the first live work to be released on home video. It is a multi-camera professional shot of the memorable "Michigan performance on December 8, 1984 (Mark St. John officially left the band on this day)" when Bruce became an official member, and it is a phantom video work that has not yet been made into a DVD. It was also released on VHS video at the time, but this work has been reprinted from the Japanese laser disc to pursue the "highest peak". Of course, as with the previous laser disc reprints, we took the mint quality version that had been treasured by a domestic core collector and entrusted it to an overseas analog video specialist manufacturer. It was digitized in a high-end environment with the utmost care. In this way, the process is the same as before, but the quality is not the same. I have worked on many laser disc reprints, but I have never seen such amazing visual beauty as this work. It is not only "the best of this video", but also "the best of the reprint series". In fact, the vivid visual beauty is of an extraordinary dimension. Even with modern eyes in the heyday of digital, it is beautiful...or rather, it is surprising that "this is not a digital master!?" From each strand of black hair to the metallic shiny drum kit, the costumes that look like they are even lint, to each and every droplet of splashing water from the fire wiper, everything is extremely clear. The color is so vivid that it can only be thought of as "as it was at the time" rather than "as it was at the time". The title logo and the rock star MC are also accompanied by Japanese subtitles, and the edges of the font are so sharp! Even if the original master remained on the official side, it would be impossible to achieve such freshness...that is how beautiful the visual beauty is. It is a video of super-class quality, but the content is also super-class. They took off their makeup from the previous "LICK IT UP WORLD TOUR", but the glittering and luxurious mood only increased. In particular, Paul Stanley, who became the epitome of a sex symbol, was extremely sexy in both his costume and gestures. He took off his shirt while explaining in detail how he had sex with a nurse at the hospital, and threw it into the audience. Gene Simmons, who embodies "wildness", was also terribly cool. It reminded us of how dazzling they were in their barefaced days. Of course, they were gorgeous not only in appearance but also musically. This video is said to be "the most varied show in KISS history", and there are plenty of songs other than the standard ones. Of course, they also play the golden 70s repertoire, but only five of the 15 songs. The core of the album is the trilogy of "CREATURES OF THE NIGHT", "LICK IT UP" and "ANIMALIZE". In addition to the classics such as "I Still Love You", "Lick It Up" and "Heaven's on Fire" that are still played today, "Fits Like A Glove", "Young And Wasted", "Under The Gun" that are unique to the bare face era, and even "Thrills In The Night" which has almost no performance record will be performed. Anyway, this is a precious official video shortly after the bare face. This is the highest quality version in history. The visual beauty is outstanding even in the reprint series. And the brilliance of "1984" that KISS showed in bare face. Live at Cobo Hall, Detroit, Michigan, USA 8th December 1984 1. Intro. 2. Detroit Rock City 3. Cold Gin 4. Creatures of the Night 5.
