The classic pro shot that represents the very early days has been super upgraded! A video masterpiece that shows off the amazingness of modern technology has been decided to be released. This work features two TV broadcast pro shots. This is a bonus disc that mainly features the concert pro shot of the "February 21, 1974 Los Angeles performance", and also includes the program "The Mike Douglas Show" recorded at the KYW-TV studio on April 29. Both are famous videos that are also included in the official "KISSOLOGY VOLUME ONE", but this work is a much higher quality shock master than the official one. Anyway, first of all, the position of this work. Let's check how early it is in comparison with the schedule at that time.・January 8th + 26th: New York (2 shows) “KISS Tour”・February 5th-21st: North America #1 (7 shows) ←★Main of this work★・March 22nd-August 4th: North America #2 (64 shows) ←※DETROIT 1974《August “HOTTER THAN HELL” Production》・September 13th-October 4th: North America #3 (13 shows) “HOTTER THAN HELL Tour”・October 16th-December 31st: North America #4 (42 shows)This is KISS in 1974. The debut work “KISS” was released on “February 18th”, so the main Los Angeles performance was three days later. The bonus “The Mike Douglas Show” was recorded during “North America #2”, and it was also 16 days after the one-camera pro shot “DETROIT 1974”, which was representative of that time. Now, let’s introduce each one individually. The first to appear is the "February 21, 1974 Los Angeles Performance". It's a concert pro shot with only three songs, but it's an incredibly superb version. It was produced and released by overseas enthusiasts to commemorate the 50th anniversary of their debut, and although you'll be shocked by the image quality and sound quality that far exceeds the official version at a glance, it's actually not that. If it's long, the angles are diverse and the sound is stereo. It's a completely different, higher-class version. I thought it was a new excavation of the miraculous original master, but it's not. In fact, this upgrade is the crystallization of digital technology. It's high quality. Not only is it high resolution, but the parts that were omitted and cut in the broadcast are restored in a different scene and made full length. Of course, the same performance scene also appears, but the sense of the master eliminates the sense of incongruity. It's arranged as if it was really broadcast live. You can imagine that the video will be longer due to diversion, but what exceeds your imagination is the sound of the complete stereo version. This is amazing, and it's actually remade. Gene's bass and Ace's guitar are just extracted and multi-tracked, but some of the vocals and Paul's guitar are also reused from "ALIVE!". There are also take replacements, but to reduce sibilance, the high range is blended on a word-by-word basis. What's even more mind-blowing is the drums. The drum sounds are disassembled and sampled, and then reassembled and reproduced exactly as they were actually played (!!). Moreover, they even use the rough technique of "only the toms are ALIVE!". "I understand the theory, but is that really possible?" you might think, but the familiar broadcast pro shots have been lengthened and stereo-ized, and the natural finish shows no trace of editing. It's a new era of upgrade technology that is beyond imagination. The complete version of "The Mike Douglas Show" that goes beyond the official version The pro shots of the following "The Mike Douglas Show" appearance also exceed the official "KISSOLOGY VOLUME ONE". However, this is a legitimate upgrade. Simply put, it is a "new excavation of a master who is better than the official one", and if the visual beauty exceeds the official one, it also includes the "Kiss Contest (a contest in which a couple competes to see how long and passionately they can kiss) winners" corner, which was cut from "KISSOLOGY VOLUME ONE". Bonus: 1973 demo sound source This work also includes a bonus of the very early demo sound source produced in 1973 (since it is a studio sound source to the last, the screen is an image image of the index). The five songs "Deuce", "Cold Gin", "Strutter", "Watchin You" and "Black Diamond" make the mood of the era before and after the debut even more intense. Anyway, the impact of the Los Angeles performance pro shot. This is all there is to it. To be honest, the story is fake, but it is incredibly natural and cool. No matter how familiar with the latest technology you are, the time has come when an ordinary fan can produce such an upgraded video. The youthful members and stage set on the screen give a sense of the era, but the weight of "50 years" is also felt in terms of technological advancement. A truly shocking video masterpiece. A shocking upgrade pro shot from the debut era has been released. Not only was it multi-disassembled, but digital technology was also used to sample and reconstruct the drums, and mix "ALIVE!". It is a shocking work that has been made longer and stereo. Aquarius Theatre, Los Angeles, CA, USA 21st February 1974 PRO-SHOzT UPGRADE!!! Aquarius Theatre, Los Angeles, CA, USA 21st February 1974 1.
