From the UK tour immediately after the release of "Preservation Act 2" in 1974, the performance at London's Hippodrome on July 14th was recorded as a stereo soundboard sound source from the BBC on-air master. Although it is a familiar radio sound source, it uses a master that has been re-aired in recent years, and is recorded as a high-quality mix. The set, which included numbers from Ray Davies' grand and difficult concept album ``Preservation Acts 1 & 2,'' was unique to this period, and the performance content was lively and lively.
