Contains a live performance of the Keith Emerson Band from the 2004 North American tour (surprisingly, the pairing bands on this tour were the Scorpions and Tesla!). This is a complete recording of the performance at the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles on November 26th in ultra-high sound quality. It uses directly the master DAT provided by the recorder, which was not even available among traders at that time, and there is nothing better than this. With the highest level of sound, you can enjoy performances and sets unique to this period. Following the dignified intro is the familiar Hoedown, and the advanced unison of guitar and keyboard is impressive. In the middle section, you can also hear Emerson's harmonica play. The second song was "Living Sin", a song selection that surprised fans all over the world. The live performance of this song, which is composed of an impressive organ riff and vocal line, is still very fresh even if you listen to it now! In TARKUS, not only Dave Kilminster's outstanding guitar play, but also his truly imposing vocals are one of the highlights. Emerson also plays an effective piano-centered arrangement on Mass/Manticore. For the first time in a while, Aquatarkus recreates the legendary early Moog sound. Fanfare For The Common Man, where the guitar cutting is fresh, has a fairly long solo time in the middle, such as a keyboard solo using Emerson's familiar back playing method, and you can enjoy a wonderful excitement. At the end, Karn Evil's ending S.E. is played, which will impress fans. Also, as a nice bonus track, we have added a high-quality line recording of Emerson and Dave's performance when they appeared on Rockline FM on November 10, 2004. The surprise is the opening song, "Birthday Song Dedicated to Greg Lake," a unique take on the Tarkus riff with the left hand and "Happy Bithday" on the piano with the right hand! This is interesting. In addition, the two songs, Bitches Crystal, performed by just the two of them, and Lucky Man, which boldly feature piano (both with vocals), are truly wonderful performances that are worth listening to, unlike the casual studio sessions you often hear on the radio. So, for collectors, there is no doubt that it is a very important take in the history of Emerson sound sources. When you think of the latest stuff, you tend to have a light image, but fans can definitely listen to Emerson's historically unique and high-quality performances, both live and radio sessions.
