This solo acoustic live performance, recorded on August 2nd at the Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder, Colorado, a National Register of Historic Places, is part of the "SUMMER 2025" tour, which kicked off with a performance in Valencia, Spain on July 9th, 2025. It was recorded using a super-Audience Master Recording, creating the illusion of being at the venue. Commemorating the 10th anniversary of the release of his first solo album, "World's Fair," this latest tour, featuring a solo acoustic performance with just one guitar, has already garnered significant buzz on American jazz sites. With a performance in Japan scheduled for December of this year, Julian's vibrant and ever-changing playing is a sight not to be missed. Incidentally, the cover photo is from the day of the performance.
