``RARE METAL WORKS'' (hereinafter referred to as 2CDs) is a collection of rare tracks that collects treasures left behind by the God of Steel. We have carefully selected only the finest tracks, but of course the treasures of the Steel God cannot be contained in just 2 CDs. Therefore, we will present a further collection of rare tracks to enthusiastic enthusiasts who will be able to obtain them as soon as possible. The 2CD is a collection of extremely rare tracks, both studio and live, but this is a studio album with 18 tracks that are all different versions of the songs on the album. The most advantageous point is saved at the end, but let me explain it as it is recorded. First of all, the main thing is the edited version of 16 songs. It has been included in each single, radio promo, etc., and has been edited to be shorter than the album version. Perhaps because rock fans tend to think that "big is small," the edited version is not very popular, but when you put it together like this, it's quite interesting. Some songs are just a dozen seconds shorter and the difference is hard to tell, but some are so bold that even the song itself has changed. The three songs that are especially amazing are "Beyond The Realms Of Death", which was shortened from about 7 minutes to 2 and a half minutes, and "Blood Red Skies" and "Alone", which were about 8 minutes to 4 minutes. Both songs start with a gentle ballad style that gradually builds up, but they are shortened and become completely different songs. “Beyond The Realms Of Death” is a rock song that has a gentle intro, but quickly intensifies like a manic depression. Another gem is “Blood Red Skies.” The impact that starts with a big highlight part is huge. After that, it returns to the normal singing part and gets excited again, and the rest is a pleasurable version where the orgasm continues without a guitar solo. It's also interesting to listen to the whole song, not just one song at a time. The single edit and radio edit summarize the delicious parts of the song and the selling point at the time. When it comes to a best-of album that records history, the ``representative songs'' are selected with a sense of summing up things that have happened, but here, even though each song was created with the aim of becoming a ``representative song'', the evaluation has not yet been determined. Not yet staged. In other words, it is a collection of "points that we wanted to highlight at the time." Therefore, songs such as "Evening Star" and "Heavy Metal" that can hardly be called representative songs are lined up, and it is a sense of history where the feeling of that time is reflected one after another. Well, such an edit collection is just a "shortened version". The last two songs included as a bonus, “The Green Manalishi (24 KT Gold Version)” and “Blood Red Skies (Extended Remix)” are longer versions. Having said that, "The Green Manalishi" only has a count at the beginning, but the amazing thing is "Blood Red Skies (Extended Remix)". The album take was also a masterpiece of 7 minutes 51 seconds, but this is an even longer masterpiece version of 10 minutes 33 seconds. According to one passage, it is said to have been produced by a Scandinavian radio station rather than by the band, so it was omitted from the 2CD, but its finish is as good as "Turbo Lover (Hi-Octane Mix)". It's not a remix cut into pieces, but a more profound and long one, while paying close attention to the worldview of the song. A highlight that deepens the climax layer by layer while layering vocals from various parts of the song...If it was really made by the staff of the broadcasting station, I think it must be quite a priest freak. "Blood Red Skies", which is over 10 minutes long, is an edit collection that overlooks the history of Steel God as if it were at the time. This is a 78 minute 29 second CD that is a different version from the 2CD. Please enjoy it to the fullest! (78:29) 01. Beyond The Realms Of Death (Radio Edit) 02. Evening Star (Single Edit) 03.
