The Steel God's farewell tour has finally been completed. The ZEPP TOKYO performance, which was a particularly special standing live performance during the "EPITPH" tour that spread special emotions throughout the archipelago, has been completely recorded with a miraculous ultra-high quality ear monitor! Commonly known as "ear monitor," it is a recording of the ear monitor source that the members are monitoring on stage, recorded by radio interception. Since it is not originally intended for viewing, but a "practical sound" to check the progress, in most cases the balance is out of whack and there are many strange mixes. Many people dislike such sources because of the unnaturalness of the sound, but this board is a miraculous recording that was recorded with the best balance by chance. Moreover, (strangely enough) it is a master that has many coincidences and miracles, in that it even picks up the cheers in the venue in a well-balanced way. In order to enjoy this master, we have directly recorded it raw without combining it with a common audience recording! What comes out of the speakers is a neat sound like a broadcast source. Although it is a radio interception, in principle it is the same as a line recording, so the vocals, guitar, drums, bass and all the other musical tones can be heard very clearly, and it is a very excellent piece that will be useful as the decisive sound source for the 2012 Japan tour in the future. In the middle of the opening "War Pigs", you can clearly hear Ian Hill's bass playing, which is not played from the actual PA, and this alone will tell you that this sound source is not ordinary. Rob's vocals are surprisingly clear from start to finish, and you can hear the intense echo and delay applied to the vocals in various places, which you cannot hear in the actual PA sound, with a very realistic sound. Since the radio waves are intercepted, the sound is different from the actual sound board recording, but you can enjoy the whole picture of the show with a literal monitor mix sound, as if you were listening to a broadcast sound source. And with that special sound, a standing live performance, extremely rare even in the history of the Steel God's performances in Japan for over 30 years, unfolds. The audience goes wild with the closeness and excitement of the gods being right next to them. The dense enthusiasm that is unique to the club is fed back to the members, making the memorable farewell live even more special, which is a masterpiece. If the tour is a farewell, the venue is standing, and the performance is special, even the recording is unique. This is a truly "one of a kind" and "full of specials". Even if you are not familiar with recordings, you can enjoy it to the fullest as a "little broadcast sound source live album" with moderate cheers. This is a fulfilling album that will definitely become a standard in the future, and is a must-have for fans, with the highest sound quality!
