Here is a compilation of five precious soundboard live performances from the 1981 "WORLD WIDE BLITZ" tour. First, disc 1 features 10 songs from the Paris performance on February 16th, recorded by AQM Radio on-air master. This is the fourth performance of the tour, and four songs from the set, "Hell Bent For Leather," "The Ripper," "You Don't Have To Be Old To Be Wise," and "The Green Manalishi," are not included, but the rest are included in full. The next disc, disc 2, is from the Wiesbaden performance on February 27th in Germany, and includes all 11 songs, except for the opening "Hell Bent For Leather" and the final cuts "Victim Of Changes" and "The Green Manalishi," recorded by line recording directly from the desk by the people involved. The last disc 3 is a compilation of three shows: the Amsterdam show on February 14th, the Portland show on May 29th from the North American tour, and the Odessa show on June 6th, with a total of 13 songs, also recorded on a direct sound board with a direct connection to the desk. The 34 songs from all five shows and the precious sound board live recordings spanning three hours are a must-listen collector's edition for fans, as they have rarely been available until now.
