Jon Bon Jovi has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and we are looking forward to his reunion with Richie Sambora. The best video of his latest solo live performance has been decided to be released. This work was filmed at the Tarrytown performance on March 4, 2018. Currently, Jon is on the circuit with the second part of the THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE TOUR, but this is a solo acoustic show that took place just before that. First, let's check out his 2018 schedule to find out what he's up to. ・February 28: Las Vegas (solo performance) ・March 4: Tarrytown (solo performance) ←★Here★ "THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE TOUR" Part 2 ・March 14-April 8: North America (13 performances) 《April 14: Appearance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony》 ・April 18-May 14: North America (15 performances) These are the concert dates that have been announced so far. The main event was the second part of the "THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE TOUR", but only two solo shows were held before that. The Tarrytown performance in this work was a concert 10 days before the resumption of the world tour. This work, which contains such a show, is a wonderful audience shot. It seems to have been shot from the second floor seats slightly to the left of the stage, but in fact the detailed position is unknown. Although the position can be guessed from a slightly downward angle, the distance cannot be grasped due to the excessive use of zoom. In fact, what is projected in this work is a super clear waist-up of John. Although each member's highlights may swing slightly left and right, John's close-up is almost always held in the center of the screen, and neither the audience nor the entire stage is reflected. It is just a video staring at John singing passionately and gently. Of course, the sound is also superb. Just like the view closest to John, the singing voice reaches straight with zero obstructions, and even his breathing is vivid. Although it is not like a soundboard, it is not a drawback but a beauty. Unlike a rock show, the atmosphere in the venue where everyone listens quietly is clear, beautifully coloring John's singing voice. The natural sound quietly permeates the chest, and you can feel the gentle emotion filling the veins of the whole body. The quality of the show depicts an acoustic show that permeates the heart. The members are Lorenza Ponce (violin), who participated in LOST HIGHWAY WORLD TOUR and MTV UNPLUGGED, Everett Bradley (percussion), who was also a tour member of Bruce Springsteen and Hall & Oates, Carl Gentry (keyboard) and Greg Mayo (guitar), who are members of John's acoustic band KINGS OF SUBURBIA. Surrounded by such a face, the venue has a relaxed and homely atmosphere. In it, John sings softly and carefully. And the set is all BON JOVI numbers. However, it is quite different from a normal concert, and there are plenty of rare songs as well as new and old hits. After the nostalgic "Living in Sin", songs that are rarely performed by BON JOVI, such as "Amen" and "When We Were Beautiful" that are performed for the first time in four years, are selected. The highlights are "I Will Drive You Home" and "Color Me In". The former was a bonus track on the Japanese version of "THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE", and the latter was a bonus track on the Walmart limited edition. It is a rare performance that was only performed on this day, whether by BON JOVI or solo. Although it is a little different from BON JOVI, it is still an acoustic show full of the flavor of famous songs. It is a masterpiece video that stands at the scene and continues to stare at John's figure. You can face John with headphones or play it as BGV to enrich your daily life. Even if you get it as a place to wait for an encounter with Richie, it will surely give you even more excitement. Live at Tarrytown Music Hall, Tarrytown, New York, USA 4th March 2018 1.
