This is a stereo soundboard recording of a gig at The Parkers in Seattle on March 19th, from the 1985 US tour, recorded from an FM on-air source. After moving to the Alligator label, Johnny became more and more bluesy, playing everything from boogie tunes with his signature slide to rock and roll. This is a recommended live album where you can fully enjoy Johnny's guitar playing, especially from the Alligator "Guitar Slinger" to his mellow vocals on "Lights out" and "Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye," and from the familiar Jimi Hendrix "Red House" to the last "Johnny B. Goode," a trio of covers. 01. Honky Tonk / 02. Parchman Farm / 03. Red house / 04. Don't take advantage of me / 05. Mad dog / 06. Lights out /07. Kiss tomorrow goodbye / 08. Johnny B. Goode / 09.
