Contains two high-quality professional shot live videos of John Scofield from the 1980s. The first was a live show in Denmark in 1987. This is an outdoor performance. The second performance was on stage at a jazz festival in Germany. The band consists of Johnsko, Denichen, Gary Grainger, keyboardist Robert Aires in Denmark, and Jim Baird in Germany. In recent years, Johnsko has reawakened to jam band style funk and is highly motivated. The foundation of their unique sound is the deep groove and expressive phrases that they created with the strong rhythm team of this period, while still being based on blues and funk.
