PAGE & PLANT have fulfilled the dreams of rock fans around the world with their unique sound. The traditional masterpiece that announced the birth of this shock has been decided to be released. The true identity of this work is the masterpiece “NO QUARTER” that was carefully leased in 1994. This is a video work that expands on MTV Unplugged's special program "UNLEDDED". If you have paid attention to this article, you are probably familiar with this video. You may have been thrilled by the MTV broadcast 26 years ago, and loved the product version released on VHS and DVD since then. This work is also one of those "NO QUARTER". However, it is not a copy of the official DVD, but rather a finely digitized version of the Japanese laser disc first released in 1994. At our store, we have reprinted many masterpiece videos from laser discs, and this work is also made using the same method. We borrowed the mint quality discs that were treasured by core enthusiasts and outsourced them to an overseas manufacturer specializing in analog video. It was created on DVD in a high-end environment using all kinds of techniques. Of course, the quality is superb. Although it has already been made into an official DVD, the natural texture of this work is beautiful because it is a laser disc, and the colors that have not been digitally processed have an elegance to them. In terms of content, it's not that different from the DVD version, and I thought it was for people who say, ``Come to think of it, I haven't bought the DVD again,'' or ``I don't have a deck anymore, but I want to check out the LD version.'' , the natural and elegant visual beauty that I found when I actually converted it to DVD exceeded my expectations. This beauty alone is worth it. The reunion between the two, who were heartbroken 26 years ago, is depicted with the same visual beauty as back then. Most of it is the studio live "UNLEDDED" filmed on "August 25 + 26, 1994 in London", but the product version "NO QUARTER" also includes outdoor performance scenes in Wales and Morocco, and the CD It also included songs that cannot be heard on the live album. This is also a good opportunity to rearrange things here. London (11 songs) / ZEPPELIN repertoire: Thank You / What Is And What Should Never Be (★) / The Battle Of Evermore / Gallows Pole / Since I've Been Loving You / The Rain Song / That's The Way / Four Sticks / Friends/Kashmir・New song: Wonderful One Wales (3 songs)・ZEPPELIN repertoire: No Quarter/Nobodys Fault But Mine/When The Levee Breaks (★) Morocco (3 songs)・New song: City Don't Cry/The Truth Explodes ( Yallah)/Wah Wah *Note: Songs marked with “★” were not included in the CD version of “NO QUARTER”. ...and it looks like this. The CD version of "NO QUARTER" has slightly different songs and editing in the international version, the North American version, and the 2004 remastered version, but the longest one is the video version. In particular, "What Is And What Should Never Be" and "When The Levee Breaks" were not included on any live album. There is no need to repeat the performance and arrangement, which was talked about all over the world at the time. There are exotic and bold world music colors, songs that are more folky and rustic, and songs that have been reborn in a majestic way with an orchestra. To be honest, I was disappointed in my expectations for "ZEP's return!", but it felt like it had a "likeness" to it, and it also looked cool. What flows out from this work is the state of mind at that time. Because the visuals are as beautiful as they were back in the day, even that thrilling, hopelessly tickling feeling is brought back to life. The visual beauty of 26 years ago was captured on the Japanese laser disc. It's a time machine that brings back the scent of that room to your nostrils.
