This is a master quality, soundboard recording of a rehearsal held in a studio in New York on December 18th and 19th, 1969, leaked by a person involved. This is a recording of a dress rehearsal for the New Year's Live performance at the Fillmore East in New York from New Year's Eve, December 31st, to January 1st, 1970, after the Woodstock Festival. "Message to Love" and "Ezy Rider" were played over and over until they were satisfied, and "Changes" was performed with a different approach from the Experience era.
