High quality new sound source appeared from the 1976 North American tour with the Jan Hammer Group. On June 26th, Minneapolis recorded the Parade Stadium performance with the highest quality audience recording. This is a short recording of 11 songs and 63 minutes because it was an opening act for Fleetwood Mac, but the sound quality is good anyway, so it is definitely a must-have for collectors. It is an excellent master that is recorded with a direct sound with little clutter, focusing on musical sounds, and the point is that the guitar can be heard extremely clearly. (The first two songs are performed only by the Jan Hammer Group, and Jeff from the next Darkness / In Search Of The Sun joins.) From the master, which was originally recorded in high quality, the overall balance was changed, Equalizes each instrument so that they can be heard clearly, achieving a higher level of sound. Another feature of this recording is that there are extremely few voices from the audience, and it is recorded with the perfect sound image for viewing (in the explanation of the sound source, there is a comment that it may have been recorded from a position close to the side of the stage). Although there is a slight hiss noise and the muddy sound characteristic of cassette recording, you can enjoy a highly clear sound that makes you think that there was nothing better than this microphone recording at the time. There is no doubt that the listener will be overwhelmed by the strange power of Scatterbrain, where every grain of musical sound jumps out directly from the speakers. The drawbacks are that the beginning of Diamond Dust is not recorded and the second half of Blue Wind is not recorded, but the sound is good anyway, so please give it a listen. Apparently the weather wasn't great that day, and after the Oh Yeah? show, you can hear Jan Hammer's MC saying, "No rain boogie, no rain!" The bonus includes the complete version of Sophie, Led Boots, and the incompletely recorded Blue Wind, which were not performed in Minneapolis, from the San Diego performance on June 13th.
