IRON MAIDEN is a band that is also passionate about archiving past live performances, and various official soundboards and professional shots have been reprinted. However, “WORLD PIECE TOUR 1983” is a hidden gem with only a few songs unearthed, and the 2CD “EAGLE’S HAMMERSMITH” is its pinnacle recording. In the same way, we present this work that features about 50 minutes of professional shots that the official has failed to archive. This work includes four TV programs from 1982/1983. The first appearance was on a program in Brussels on "April 18, 1982" during the European tour of "THE BEAST ON THE ROAD 1982". This is the performance scene of "Run To The Hills" and "Killers", but the highlight is definitely the drummer. The mysterious drummer wearing Eddie's mask is actually Nico McBrain, not Clive Burr. At the time, Nico was participating in IRON MAIDEN's tour as part of the crew, and appeared on stage wearing an Eddie mask. I don't know why Clive couldn't participate in this program, but this program is Nico's first performance at IRON MAIDEN. The next song that appears is one that was recorded on the Australian TV program "Melbourne, November 19, 1982." This is a mime performance of “The Number Of The Beast.” Although the image quality is poor, it is a valuable record of IRON MAIDEN's first visit to the Australian continent, having previously only seen it in Europe, North America, and Japan. The third song is “WORLD PIECE TOUR 1983”. This program features the "July 27, 1983 San Antonio performance." It begins with a valuable sound check and venue setup scene, and moves on to live shots. The three songs here are not complete, but the highlight is the last one, “Iron Maiden”! Eddie, a stilt who started appearing on this tour, goes wild and fills the screen! The version where Eddie is killed in Dortmund is famous, but although he is not killed here, the angle from which he looks up is more impressive in this work. And the fourth and final one is a Spanish TV program. First, an off-shot is played on the studio recording of “Run To The Hills”, and you can see an interview and three live songs, “The Trooper” and “Flight Of Icarus” “The Number Of The Beast”. In the interview scene, despite being a first-time member, Nico bursts into action with his drum cymbals and his humorous way of talking. In addition to his drumming skills, this character may also be the reason why Nico has remained with the band for so long. Those of us who come into contact with bands through their albums and live shows tend to forget, but most of a band's life consists of long tours. If you don't have friends who can liven up the band's mood and have fun, you won't be able to continue for a long time. It is also a scene where you can feel the “living MAIDEN”. And live. The quality of this program is great! There are some momentary noises here and there, so it cannot be said that it can be used officially as is, but the colors are beautiful and it is valuable to be able to see the performance from the "WORLD PIECE TOUR 1983" era in multi-camera pro shots. A collection of footage that was missed by the official side and not included in "THE EARLY DAYS", and allows you to watch all the currently known professional shots at once. Leaving the real thrill of a full-scale live performance to the 2CD, this work not only enriches the imagination, but is also recommended for collectors who aim to complete their professional shots.
