"SOMEWHERE ON TOUR" is attracting attention again due to "THE FUTURE PAST TOUR". The only multi-camera pro shot will be released. This work was shot at the "Philadelphia performance on January 13, 1987". This is a multi-camera pro shot. Although "SOMEWHERE ON TOUR" is in the midst of its heyday and has no official archive, it does not mean that there are no pro shots. In particular, the three major professional videos among collectors are "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN GOTHENBURG", "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN PARIS", and this work "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN PHILADELPHIA". Each is a must-see and must-have, but their personalities are very different. It's a good opportunity to take a bird's-eye view of the activities at that time and check the positional relationship of the three major videos. 1986, September 10-25: Europe #1 (12 performances) "SOMEWHERE IN TIME" released on September 29th, October 3-November 9: UK (27 performances), November 12-December 18: Europe #2 (27 performances) ←※ PARIS/GOTHENBURG 1987, January 7-May 2: North America (79 performances) ←★ Here ★ May 11-21: Japan (7 performances) This is IRON MAIDEN in 1986/1987. "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN GOTHENBURG" and "In PARIS" were "Europe #2", but the Philadelphia performance of this work is the "North American" leg across the ocean. It was the sixth concert. Now, let's summarize the individuality of the three major images. November 15, 1986 "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN GOTHENBURG" Quality: Handheld camera shots / Microphone audio and editing: Full recording + backstage November 29, 1986 "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN PARIS" Quality: One-camera professional shot / Mono soundboard audio and editing: Full recording January 13, 1987 "CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN PHILADELPHIA" ★ This work ★ Quality: Multi-camera professional shot / Mono soundboard audio and editing: "Hallowed Be Thy Name" and "Iron Maiden" not recorded ... and so on. Although CAUGHT SOMEWHERE IN PHILADELPHIA is an audience shot by type, its contents are staff shots that can only be taken by those involved. The Paris performance was a professional shot of a full show, but it was a one-camera one. In contrast, this work is a one-of-a-kind professional shot taken with "multi-camera". The best part of this work is the amazingness of the tour's only multi-camera. The stage that recreates the world of the cover of the masterpiece "Somewhere in Time" and Bruce Dickinson's costume, which is full of electric lights and shines brightly, are all precious to watch in close-up. The performance that leaves you speechless, "I can't believe you can move so much in such a heavy costume...", is amazing because it can only be seen in the video. "Heaven Can Wait" is especially amazing. A cyber stiltsman Eddie also appears, and the ray gun that scatters fireworks is also perfect in close-up! These famous scenes are captured with so many different cameras that it's impossible to know how many there are, so it is truly a one-of-a-kind treasure video. The 3rd/4th tour can be seen in "THE EARLY DAYS", the 5th tour in "Resurrection of the Dead", and the 7th tour in "MAIDEN ENGLAND". The only one that is missing is "SOMEWHERE ON TOUR". This work is a unique multi-camera pro shot. Each of the three major videos is a must-see, but this work is the best for its pro shots. This is truly one of the "first of all" pieces. The only multi-camera pro shot from the "SOMEWHERE IN TIME" era has been released. It is an absolute video with plenty of highlights unique to that time, such as precious numbers, blues with electric costumes, and cyber edits. Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA.
