“BEAT-CLUB” is not the only video from the Diano era. Until now, “BEAT-CLUB” was just “one of the collections,” but with this super upgrade, it has become the “center.” Therefore, we have also prepared a piece that reorganizes the video collection of "other than BEAT-CLUB" with the highest quality master. What is included in this work is 1 hour and 17 minutes of valuable footage in 5 types. All are moving IRON MAIDEN from the Diano era. Let's introduce each of them. [Performance in Milan, April 4, 1981] The main feature of this work is the classic pro shot of six songs (+ guitar solo) that have symbolized the Diano era along with “BEAT-CLUB”. Previously, the date was set as “March 30th,” but current research has revealed that the Milan performance will be held on “April 4th.” There are various versions on the market as it is a classic, but this work is the same master as "EUROPEAN KILLERS 1981", which was acclaimed as the best among them. It's much clearer and the colors are more vivid than those uploaded to a certain famous video site. It is an exquisite visual beauty that is still at its highest level even today. Unlike "BEAT-CLUB", you can watch a real concert with multiple cameras, but what's even more delicious is Dave Murray's guitar solo and "Drifter". Both are valuable scenes that can't be seen not only in "BEAT-CLUB" but also in "LIVE AT THE RAINBOW". No matter how much "BEAT-CLUB" is upgraded, it is a must-have pro shot that "Milano is still necessary". [Extras that include a variety of valuable footage] After the Milan pro shot, we have compiled 6 takes of detailed footage. Each song is arranged in chronological order, but they can be roughly divided into the following four types. ・TV show “TOP OF THE POPS” (2 songs) ・TV show “ROCKPOP” (2 songs) ・8mm film (1 song) ・In-store events “TOP OF THE POPS” and “ROCKPOP” during the US tour ” is also familiar from the official DVD “THE EARLY DAYS”, but it is also meaningful that it is included in this work. First of all, the key point of “TOP OF THE POPS” is “Woman In Uniform”. By including this, you can see all the songs from the Diano era in this work. “ROCKPOP” is more than that. “THE EARLY DAYS” only included “Running Free”, but in fact, “Remember Tomorrow” was also played. There are some gaps between songs and some dubbing deterioration, but this is also a valuable scene where Eddie kills the program host. What's even more amazing to maniacs is the precious 8mm film. This was taken at the Copenhagen performance on October 11, 1980, one of Dennis Stratton's last shows. It is known as the oldest audience shooting for MAIDEN (the Ruskin Arms in ``THE EARLY DAYS'' was shot by a person involved), and core enthusiasts from overseas have pieced together silent films of several seconds each. Therefore, strictly speaking, the image and sound are not synchronized, but this audio is also an Odin recording on the same day. It is one of the songs with the most vintage feel in the MAIDEN video, and is a valuable “MAIDEN from the Dennis era in motion.” And finally, an in-store event scene in New York (on this day, I was in the middle of a 4-day consecutive performance at the New York Palladium with JUDAS PRIEST). Although there are no performances, the small store is filled with metal kids, and young members such as Steve Harris and Deano are interacting passionately with fans. This is a document that conveys the enthusiasm of America that welcomed MAIDEN for the first time more realistically than the concert. A masterpiece video collection that further expands the collection and allows you to enjoy a variety of Diano era MAIDEN.
