The legendary recording that was once believed to be a soundboard has evolved to the ultimate! It has been decided to release it as a master sound CD brought by a unique route! What is engraved in this work is the "Reggio Emilia performance on March 31, 1981". It is a superb audience recording. This work is a live album that rejects all audience recordings, and the only thing that can rival it is the soundboard / pro shot. So, let's check the professional record collection with the activity summary at that time and approach the position of this work. 1980 (November: Dennis leaves the band → Adrian joins) November 21st - December 21st: UK (13 shows) ← ※ Official AT THE RAINBOW 1981 January 22nd "COMPLETE BEAT-CLUB 1981" (February 2nd "KILLERS" released) February 17th - April 29th: Europe #1 (64 shows) ← ★ HERE ★ May 21st - May 24th: Japan (5 shows) ← ※ DEFINITIVE LIVE KILLERS June 3rd - August 4th: North America (42 shows) August 15th - September 10th: Europe #2 (13 shows) (October: Paul leaves the band → Bruce joins) Legendary recording believed to be the sound board This is the journey from Adrian Smith joining to Paul Di'Anno leaving the band. The Reggio Emilia performance in this work was the 36th performance of "Europe # 1" at the beginning of the "Killer World Tour". This leg also includes the soundboard masterpiece "DEFINITIVE NIJMEGEN 1981", but it was 28 days (22 performances) before that. Such Reggio Emilia performances are known for the legendary recordings that were left behind. In the 1980s, audience recordings with too good sound were often called soundboards and circulated, but only two of them were honored in the Diano era. One was Kinney's Rainbow recording, and its highest peak upgrade version "DEFINITIVE GIG with STRATTON" reigns as a major classic. And the other was a Reggio Emilia recording. In other words, this is this work. Moreover, it easily surpasses "DEFINITIVE GIG with STRATTON" in terms of "soundboard-likeness". Although that famous record had a very good sound, the feel was still the enemy of the audience, the tone had hall resonance, and it also absorbed real cheers. Although it was mistaken because it was the 1980s, it was a type that would not be thought of as a soundboard in modern times. In contrast, the Reggio Emilia recording (this work) makes even modern ears think, "What? Soundboard?" The fiercely on core jumps into the ears without any sense of distance, and the details and separation are very delicate. The deep bass, which tends to be sparse or roaring in the audience, is beautiful, and the galloping bass roars with a clear outline. Furthermore, there is very little audience noise. Of course, there are big excitements between songs, but they are strangely far away, and the performance sound is much closer and more powerful. As a result, even modern metal ears will have a bug in their brains and ask, "Is this really a soundboard?" A new excavation of the original master cassette that rewrites the legend! This work has updated the highest peak of such legendary recordings... no, it has realized the ultimate sound. This is a newly excavated master brought to us by our own route, but this is what the original master cassette was created! It is the ultimate gene that was directly digitized without going through analog dubbing. In fact, it is moving to see the songs that had been faded in the previous release (note), but that is only proof of the "original". The important thing is the sound that penetrates the first part, which is amazing. To put it simply, the "sound board feeling" is further improved than ever before. The strong direct feeling is the same as before, but this work is wider and more three-dimensional. The silent part without hiss is full of jet black depth, and the outline of the performance sound and vocals that stand out there are tightly tightened. Furthermore, the ensemble also feels three-dimensional, and the twin guitars and rhythm section are intricately intertwined but never mixed. Let's make a clear statement. The genuine superb sound boards "DEFINITIVE NIJMEGEN 1981" and "DEFINITIVE LIVE KILLERS" are familiar, but even if you play this work on shuffle, it won't lose. I can't lie, so I have no choice but to write "It's the audience", but in terms of pure music, you can think of it as the "three major sound boards". *Note: The already released group had fade-outs and cuts after the performance of "Remember Tomorrow" and "Murders in the Rue Morgue", but this was due to the change of face of the LP bootleg. In other words, it was evidence of the board being transcribed. This work, which is passing without that cut, is the original tape before it became an LP. If you have noticed this article, you will have also experienced "DEFINITIVE NIJMEGEN 1981" and "DEFINITIVE LIVE KILLERS". You can enjoy another one of the same quality and great performances as those two major sound boards. Moreover, this work even has the "on-site experience" of only the customer recording. This is the best masterpiece of the Diano era audience and nothing but a cultural heritage. A superb audience recording of the "Reggio Emilia performance on March 31, 1981". The original master of the legendary recording, which has long been distributed as a sound board, has miraculously been newly excavated! Not only are the songs that were previously erased by fading connected, but the sound has also been upgraded, enhancing the direct feeling and wide three-dimensional feeling. The strongest real-life experience board from the Diano era, which plays most of "Steel Virgin + Killers", is born.
