Iggy Pop in 2025, who has come to Japan for the first time in 18 years. Here is a miracle video collection that lets you experience the miraculous scene from the front (!). This work contains two performances. The performance on March 30, 2025: Makuhari Messe is on DISC 1, and the performance on April 2, 2025: Tokyo Garden Theater is on DISC 2, which is a two-disc set of superb audience shots. Since there are only two performances in Japan this time, this work is the ultimate video set that allows you to fully experience all of them from a super special seat. Let's introduce each one individually. DISC 1: The ultimate experience of "PUNKSPRING 2025" The performance at Makuhari Messe appears. The main purpose of this visit to Japan is to headline "PUNKSPRING 2025", and this video allows you to fully experience the monumental full stage. What's more, the position is amazing. This is the latest video released by a famous modern master, but it's the front row with no customers in front of you! Moreover, Iggy was standing right in front of me!! Strictly speaking, he was about 2 meters to the right, but it was such a special seat that I could even mention such a small detail. The view was completely otherworldly. All I could see were the band members, and apart from a few security guards on the edge of the screen, the stage was the only thing I could see. Iggy uses the large stage in every direction, so although it is clear that it is a large venue concert, the feeling of having it all to myself is intense, as if the live performance was being held just for me. Furthermore, the camera work that allows you to enjoy the special seat to the fullest is also excellent. It is a naked eye sensation that does not use zoom at all. In the first place, it is so close to your eyes that you don't even need to zoom in, but you can experience the sensation of actually being in a special seat. Of course, not using zoom does not mean cutting corners. As mentioned above, Iggy is running wild from side to side, and the camera follows him closely and keeps him in the center of the screen. Because there is no zoom, he does not run around unnecessarily, and thanks to the camera following him, you can keep your concentration on the show. It truly embodies the "ideal experience of an experiential video." DISC 2: A solo performance for the first time in 21 years, but the first disc 2 is the Tokyo Garden Theater performance. This was a solo performance that was announced later. This was his first visit to Japan in 18 years, but his previous visit in 2007 was only at Fuji Rock. This was also a great achievement, as it was his first solo performance in 21 years since 2004. The footage taken at this show is also a sister work filmed and released by the same person as the PUNKSPRING 2025 edition on DISC 1. The position is the same, also in the front row (a little to the right). However, this one is more impressive. This may be due to the venue setup, but even though we are in the same front row, the distance from the stage is much closer. It feels like you could reach out and touch Iggy, and when he comes in front of you, his half-naked body not only fills the screen, but overflows. It's a closer contact distance than shaking hands face to face. Such a transcendental image depicts a full show of the killer song rush that summarizes the career. The set was the same for both performances, so let's organize it together here. THE STOOGES (11 songs) Fun House: T.V. Eye/Loose/Down On The Street/1970 (★) Inriki Majin: Raw Power/Gimme Danger/Death Trip/Search And Destroy Others: I Got A Right (★)/I Wanna Be Your Dog/I'm Sick Of You Solo (9 songs + α) Lust For Life: The Passenger/Lust For Life/Some Weird Sin (★) Every Loser: Frenzy/Modern Day Rip Off Others: Nightclubbing (L.A. Blues)/I'm Bored (★)/Real Wild Child (Wild One) (★)/Five Foot One *Note: Songs marked with "★" were not heard at "MONTREUX JAZZ FESTIVAL 2023". Still, it's amazing. It's amazing! It's a great feeling just to be able to witness the first performance in Japan in 18 years, but to be able to fully experience it from the super special seats in the front row... and both performances! Many people will probably want it as a memory of the day, but the awesomeness of this work is not about that. The ultimate concert experience that even those who were there can't imagine. Front row audience shots of the "March 30, 2025: Makuhari Messe" performance and the "April 2, 2025: Tokyo Garden Theater" performance. Both videos are famous portraits of modern masters, and both are amazing front row shots. In particular, the Tokyo Garden Theater (DISC 2) is extremely close to the stage, and it feels like you can shake hands with Iggy. This is the ultimate video set that allows you to fully experience the first performance in 18 years in Japan for both performances.
