This rare recording features a high-quality stereo audience recording of a 1984 Brooklyn performance, held at the time of the band's fifth album, "Two Steps From the Move." This rare recording features a live performance in Brooklyn, New York, on November 22, 1984, from the US tour that accompanied the release of their final album, "Two Steps From the Move." The recording, which was of an unknown generation and had significant misalignment throughout, has been meticulously restored and remastered. While the sound image is rough, the vocals are well-balanced across the entire performance, with excellent separation between the two guitars in particular, resulting in a powerful sound. The recording begins with the opening sound effects, and the setlist features tracks from their major label debut, "Two Steps From the Move," delivering a powerful performance played without pause. "Don't You Ever Leave Me" features an arrangement that inserts an instrumental version of "Cheyenne" from their debut album in the intro. In the second half, they perform a cover of the Stooges' "I Feel Alright" and the Yardbirds' classic "Train Kept A Rollin'," featuring Gene Vincent's "Be Bop A Lula." This arrangement is even heavier than their performance at the Marquee Club in 1983, for which footage remains. Don't miss the rare "In The Year '79 (It's Too Late)" that wasn't included on the album at the end!
