“NOT IN THIS LIFETIME... TOUR” by the reorganized GUNS N' ROSES, which alternates with AC/DC. The latest best live album is now available. We just reported on the Japanese taper's original work "CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT" the other day, but even more high-quality recordings have already popped up! This work was recorded at “Philadelphia Performance on July 14, 2016”. Let's check the schedule, including the distance from "CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT". ・June 23: Detroit ・June 26: Land Bar ・June 29: Kansas City ・July 1: Chicago ・July 3: Chicago "CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT" ・July 6: Cincinnati・July 9th: Nashville ・July 12th: Pittsburgh ・July 14th: Philadelphia [This work] ・July 16th: Toronto These are the first 10 performances of the current North American tour. GUNS N' ROSES, which saw the return of Slash and Duff McKagan, debuted in April of this year and performed 7 shows before Axl Rose joined AC/DC on tour. Since the Detroit performance at the top of the schedule is the first night of reopening, the Philadelphia performance of this work is the 9th performance of the current tour (16th reorganized performance). The biggest point of this work is the superb sound. To be honest, the first 7 performances in April attracted attention all over the world, but there were no major recordings, and the other day at ``CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT'' I finally felt like ``Hey, here we are!'' The work transcends that dimension. The clear and robust sound was a tremendous recording that could be described as a “soundboard”. Slash's "that" sound, Duff's bold groove, Axl's seven-change vocals...the direct feeling that all of it is screwed into your ears is simply overwhelming. “CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT” was ahead of the curve in its “VIP seat experience,” but this work is definitely the “best recorded sound sheet.” The separation of each instrument is beautiful, and the rough rhythm penetrates all five organs, making all six senses dance. Even if it is a sound board-like musical sound, this work is definitely an audience recording. There is almost no singing voice in the nearby seats, but the vast carpet of enthusiasm is wonderful. Although the distribution of loud cheers and musical tones is ideal, as if it were a carefully mixed official work, there is no artificiality like the cheer volume being lowered during the song. The reality of balancing the boiling enthusiasm with powerful and unparalleled musical sounds is the hottest thing. Even more amazing is the pyro that explodes at key points in the show. There was a loud explosion that made me startle, but even that sudden roar didn't break it! Although it is a very powerful sound that will gouge your soul, it is still beautiful and never loses its neatness even for a moment... In order to achieve the ultimate sound, we put all our efforts into meticulous mastering work. There were parts of the original sound that were a little too bassy, but we suppressed that and adjusted the overall sound. The sound of applause has been softened, while the vocals and snare have come forward, further increasing the vibrancy. Of course, we place the highest priority on the "ringing" of the original sound, so there is no unreasonable distortion. The live performance itself depicted with such a sound has a slightly different expression from "CHICAGO 2016 2ND NIGHT". The most important point is the set list, and instead of "Raw Power", THE DAMNED's cover "New Rose" is included. Furthermore, “Sorry” by “CHINESE DEMOCRACY” has been added. These two songs are not just changes, but both are rare. “New Rose” was played in April, but I have only played it a handful of times, and this is the first time Slash & Duff will play “Sorry.” Until now, "CHINESE DEMOCRACY" numbers such as "Chinese Democracy", "This I Love" and "Better" have been revived in slash and duff versions, but the collection has increased by one more song. The best sound in both the rabbit and the corner. This is a live album that is an ideal mix of soundboard-quality musical tones and the heat that can only be achieved through audience recording. Although it could be called "official grade" based on its level of perfection, it is a super hot album that cannot be considered official. I've already listened to several performances, but I never thought it would be this passionate. The current GUNS N' ROSES is amazing... A super exciting album that will get your heart rate and breathing up just by listening to it. Live at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA.
